Location Description
Watersong is a prestige gated community of high quality properties offering the best of all worlds, being located less than 10 minutes drive from Interstate 4, making white sandy beaches just over 60 mins drive away. With several award winning golf courses nearby and the MAGIC OF DISNEY still only 15/20 mins away.
There are no villas to the rear of our pool area, views from our sun soaked pool are onto a conservation area offering peace and privacy and a relaxing retreat after the hustle and bustle of Orlando's exciting parks and attractions.

Living Area
The elegant lounge is provided with comfortable furnishings where the family can relax together, there is cable TV and DVD player. A selection of DVD's, books and games are provided for your enjoyment.
The large patio doors open onto the pool deck giving a light airy feel to the room.
Kitchen
The superior open plan kitchen is fully fitted with large work surfaces & island unit with breakfast bar & 2 breakfast stools. There is a ceramic top range & self cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator with ice & filtered water dispenser and fully equipped with everything you may need.
If you need to do any laundry, there is a washing machine and dryer, an iron & ironing board are also provided.
Dining Area
The dining area is furnished with dining table, chairs, and place settings, everything for a family meal.
There are also table and chairs provided on the pool deck ready for outdoor dining and two bar stools in the kitchen area for those that just want to snack.
Bedrooms
There are two master bedrooms both with full en-suites, both rooms have queen size beds, walk-in wardrobes, Tv/dvd, Clock radio's, Ceiling fans & elegant furniture.
One of the masters has patio doors opening direct onto the pool area, great to see the morning sun whilst you lay in bed.
There are a further two bedrooms, each have direct access to the third bathroom. Both of these rooms have colourful twin beds and walk-in wardrobes.
Games Room
If the children (or Mum & dad) do happen to have enough of the Swimming pool then there is also a games room with both pool & football tables, radio/CD player & bar stools.
Pool Deck Area
Step out of the lounge onto the south facing lanai, the perfect spot for alfresco dining or just a little shade before you go onto the sun soaked pool deck, the large 30’ x 14’ pool also has a raised spa.
The surrounding pool deck has been extended ensuring that there is plenty of room for everyone & is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers (floats, toys & arm bands are provided for your enjoyment).
The pool deck is fully screened to help keep the pool clean & bugs out with views onto trees & conservation.
There are no other villas to the rear of our pool area.
The pool & spa can be heated for an extra charge if required.
There is a door giving access from the pool to bathroom when required.
A 4ft mesh safety fence is provided to prevent unauthorised access by young children, this can be just part opened or fully removed if not required.
Underwater lighting adds atmosphere to those evening swims and a pool blanket on a winding reel helps to retain some of the daytime pool heat.
The pool can be heated if required.
Amenities
We have tried to think of everything your family will need to feel like this is home-from-home and we are confident you will not be disappointed.
All bed linen/towels are included, we have also included free use of the baby cot, highchair, and push chair/stroller.
There is even a combination lock safe for your valueables, The villa is also fitted with a fully monitored Alarm system for your peace of mind.
