These Terms of Business should also be read in conjunction with the Security and Privacy Policy below.
Accuracy
Wannavilla is dependent on property owners and their agents entering their property information directly
into our systems for posting to the Wannavilla website. While we try to minimise delay in posting changes
there is always some delay in posting such changes to the website.
Wannavilla Limited reserves the right to determine the final design and layout of the website.
Wannavilla Limited reserves the right to edit, copy or amend the layouts or photographs supplied, should it
be considered necessary.
Wannavilla Limited shall not be responsible for any loss, or damage resulting from the design or positioning
of the properties or due to changes made to the photographs or resulting from any copy submitted by the User.
User Agreements
Users are solely responsible for the following:
1. keeping their property details and availability calendar up-to-date.
2. the accuracy of the information posted to and thereafter contained within the Wannavilla website.
3. indemnifying Wannavilla against all liability for their failure to ensure the accuracy of their information contained on the Wannavilla website.
Conditions of website use
Wannavilla acts as a search engine for potential renters from Users and their agents who want to advertise
their villas. Wannavilla is not a travel or management company. All agreements and payments are made strictly
between the renter and the User.
The website is the property of Wannavilla . No part of it may be reproduced in any form or stored electronically
or in any other medium without the permission of Wannavilla.
All text, graphics, logos, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations and other materials featured,
displayed or used or to be featured, displayed or used in or in relation to the website become the property of
Wannavilla upon posting to the website:© 2005 Wannavilla Limited
It is the User's responsibility to obtain reproduction permission for all photographic and other material posted
to Wannavilla. The User warrants that he is the owner of the copyright in such material or is authorised by the
owner thereof to grant to Wannavilla all the rights of an owner. Wannavilla shall not be responsible for and the
User shall indemnify Wannavilla against all liability for any infringement of copyright resulting from material
supplied by the User.
User Rates
Wannavilla Limited reserves the right to change the advertising rates and conditions at any time without notice
to Users. Any new rates will be applicable immediately for new Users at point of registration and upon renewal for existing
Users. The rate for an advertisement within the Wannavilla website will only display one individual property. A
User wishing to advertise more than one property or unit of a property must purchase additional advertising.
Wannavilla reserves the right to amend the copy or remove the advertisement when more than one property is
described in the advertisement.
Payment
Payment for advertising must be done via our secure payment link at the point of registration.
Two weeks prior to the expiry of you agreement we will send you an email as a reminder that renewal of you account
is due if required.
If we do not receive a renewal agreement from a User by the renewal date we will remove the property details from
the live website and place them in a holding area for 2 months.
Wannavilla reserve the right to remove property advertisements permanently off the website should no notice
be given by email or payment not be received during the holding area period.
Termination
Should a User wish to have their advertisement removed from the website before the end of their subscription
period then once email notification of this has been received this will be done within 7 days.
If an email is received within the first 7 days of an advertising agreement being concluded a full refund of the fees will be made less £10.00 administration charge.
If the email notification is received after the first 7 days of the agreement then the property will be removed from the website however no refund will be paid.
Wannavilla reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for the Wannavilla.com website without reason and will not be liable for any loss or expense in doing so.
Wannavilla is the sole arbiter of what constitutes suitable material for its website. If a User attempts to enter unsuitable material into the Wannavilla database or website,
or persistently misuses the on-line systems, Wannavilla reserves the right to remove the property from the
Wannavilla website, along with any other properties registered by that User. No refunds will be paid.
Wannavilla has the right to terminate the agreement and to remove the property from the website without the User
having any right of compensation or refund if Wannavilla;-
1. does not receive payment from the User or
2. receives a complaint from a person who has rented a Users property which Wannavilla reasonably considers is justified, or
3. discovers that a User has knowingly double-booked a property, or
4. discovers that a User has engage in unacceptable practices ( as solely determined by Wannavilla) in respect of renting their property, or
5. discovers that a User is in breach of any other of its obligations to Wannavilla.
Data Protection
Wannavilla is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and will use all reasonable endeavours to protect
your personal information from loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, disclosure or other misuse.
The personal information you provide may be used by Wannavilla to provide you with information about products or
services that may be of interest to you unless you indicate that you do not wish to receive such information.
Wannavilla will, at your request and subject to proof of identity, provide you with all personal information held
about you under its control. At your request, such information may be corrected, added to or deleted to ensure
that such personal information is accurate, up-to-date and complete.
Wannavilla has a Security and Privacy Policy which sets out the information which may be gathered from you and
how Wannavilla will seek to protect that information.
Refund Policy
A 7 (calendar) day "cooling off" period will be available for all new Users and upon renewal for existing Users. A
User may cancel the requested advertising within 7 calendar days by emailing admin@wannavilla.com or by use
of the "contact us" link on the website stating the User ID and property number. We will supply a refund of
the amount paid in the agreement within the last 7 days less a £10.00 administration charge and send a notification
email that this has been done.

not under the control of Wannavilla. You accept that Wannavilla cannot be held responsible for any material on
a website which is not under its control.
Disclaimer
Wannavilla does not guarantee that access to the website will be continuous or error free. Wannavilla will seek
to ensure reasonable continuity of service and early correction of errors of which it is notified. Error correction
will ordinarily take place upon the periodic review and checking of the website functionality.
Wannavilla uses virus checking software to screen against damaging viruses but cannot be held responsible for
the accidental transmission of a virus to any person. The only exception to this would be if damage were caused
from which death or personal injury resulted from the negligence of Wannavilla or was damage caused by a defect
within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 Part I.

important that when you communicate information to Wannavilla or Wannavilla communicates with you that such

Retention
We retain records in electronic form and maintain adequate backup procedures in the event of data corruption or destruction.
After records are no longer required to be kept they are deleted.
