Legacy Park is in a peaceful area, located in Davenport just to the south west of Walt Disney World on the US 27. With the US 192 just over a mile away and the Interstate 4 being within 10 minutes, staying at our villa will give you easy and direct access to all the main traveling routes throughout central Florida.
You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants. Walt Disney World can be reached in just 10 minutes, and the majority of the main attractions such as Universal, Seaworld, and International drive with its numerous attractions; can be reached in around 30 minutes. There are several quality golf courses just minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions Gate, plus over 20 more with-in a 20 mile radius.
Our Luxurious villa consists of 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests (3 double,2 twin) all with cable t.v and 3 with ensuites. 2 lounge areas along with a seperate den means plenty of room to to chill out and relax and for the more energetic a games room which has a pool table, air hockey and darts.Outside a screened, south west facing private pool with spa overlooking a secluded conservation area offers the tranquility away from the theme parks.

Living Area
Our villas living area is a large open plan seating area allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day. French Patio doors give direct access to the pool deck and bubbling spa as well as providing a great view and allowing lots of natural light in. To help keep everyone entertained there is a large flat screen TV with cable TV, a DVD system, CD player and a PlayStation 2 games machine.
Kitchen
The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/automatic ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is a large breakfast bar area.
Dining Area
The Dining room is at the rear of the villa and is located conveniently next to the Kitchen and adjoining the Living room. There is a large table and is ideal for both formal and casual meals. This part of the villa also gives a great view out over the Pool deck.
Bedrooms
The villa contains five large bedrooms allowing up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably.
Two of the bedrooms are master suites, one is a queen sized double bedroom and two are twin bedrooms. All the rooms have their own television with cable TV. Fully air conditioned.
The first Master Suite is located down stairs at the front of the villa. It has a fantastic Queen sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with jetted tub/bath, huge walk-in Shower, toilet, basin and a large vanity mirror.
The remaining four bedrooms are all found upstairs. The second Master Suite has a Queen sized bed and a en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk in shower unit. As with the first Master Suite, there is a huge walk-in closet.
Bedrooms three and four each have two single beds, and bedroom five has a Queen sized double bed. Located conveniently in the same hallway as these three rooms is the homes family bathroom, complete with a bath / shower unit. All three bedrooms have a built-in closet.
If you still need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the Living Room.
Games Room
To add to your enjoyment we have converted our garage into a fantastic games room. The room has internal access into the house. The room features a pool table, air hockey table and a darts board.
Pool Deck Area
Our villa has its own Private SOUTH WEST FACING Pool and Spa. The pool area is NOT OVERLOOKED it back on to a
FABULOUS secluded conservation area which offers the tranquility away from the theme parks.
The Pool is surrounded by a large extended paved patio which includes a covered Lanai should you prefer to sit in the shade. It is furnished with luxury chairs and loungers which allows you to just lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun.
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are pool toys to keep the children entertained.
The luxurious Spa is a great way to relax.
For peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa, there is a pool safety fence which takes just a couple of minutes to put in place.

With a huge amount of living space, our two storey home is much larger than the standard Orlando rental villa, and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families sharing.

The villa is made up of 5 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms private Pool and Spa with an extended pool deck and covered lanai, a games room (with a Pool table, Air Hockey and a Darts board), a dining room, a large living room ans a large lounge aswell as a separate den too! A fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities, a large flat screen television with cable TV, DVD system, PlayStation 2 and CD player Stereo.
