into our systems for posting to the Wannavilla website. Wannavilla uses its best endeavours to ensure the
accuracy of the information on the website when posted on it. However it is the nature of such information
that changes will occur. While we try to minimise delay in posting changes there is always some delay in
posting such changes to the website.
Therefore Wannavilla can not warrant that the information is accurate at all times. Accordingly the information
and features displayed are subject to confirmation at the time of booking and should not treated as an offer or
warranty or as forming any part of a subsequent agreement between you or the villa owner. We do not give advice
as to the suitability of any of the offers displayed. The villa owner will be able to provide further detailed
information about their property, its interior features, location and suitability before you make your decision
to rent.
Conditions of website use
Wannavilla acts as a search engine for potential renters from private owners and their agents who want to
advertise their villas. Wannavilla is not a travel or management company. All agreements and payments are

is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Transactions (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which provides you
with additional rights as follows:

Recommendations
Because Wannavilla is not responsible in respect of any matters relating to contracts made between
you and the villa owner / agent Wannavilla recommends that you:
1. confirm all the terms of the proposed rental contract in writing in advance of the rental with the property
owner or their agent.
2. obtain a written notice of the refund / cancellation policy from the villa owner / their agent before booking.
3. conduct your own investigations before booking to confirm the authenticity of information supplied. Some examples
may include but are not limited to :-
• Obtain references for previous "renters";
• Insist on a property lease/rental agreement;
• Request a phone number and address to reach the owner / agent when arranging booking;
• Request the street address of the property rented and look it up on one of the internet map sites such as mapquest.com;
• Obtain a contact telephone number of someone to contact locally during your stay. (This is usually a Property Management Company).
If something goes wrong during your stay or you are not satisfied with some aspect of the property on your
arrival or during your stay, call this contact number and give them the opportunity to sort things
out straightaway.
