Wannavilla is dependent on property owners and their agents entering their property information directly into our systems for posting to the Wannavilla website.
Wannavilla cannot warrant that the information is accurate.
Accordingly the information and features displayed are subject to confirmation at the time of booking and should not be treated as an offer or warranty or as forming any part of a subsequent agreement between you or the villa owner.
We do not give advice as to the suitability of any of the offers displayed. The property owner will be able to provide further detailed information about their property, its interior features, location and suitability before you make your decision to rent.
Wannavilla acts as a search engine for potential renters from private owners and their agents who want to advertise their properties. Wannavilla is not a travel or management company. All agreements and payments are made strictly between the renter and the property owner or agent.
Personal data you enter in to the Wannavilla website to contact property owners will be forwarded to the property owners with a copy being retained by Wannavilla. Wannavilla accepts no responsibility as to how property owners manage such data.
The website is the property of Wannavilla. No part of it may be reproduced in any form or stored electronically or in any other medium without the permission of Wannavilla. For your personal (as opposed to any commercial) use you may store or print material from the Website.

Wannavilla will use all reasonable endeavours to protect your personal information from loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, misuse or disclosure other than to villa owners you ask us to contact either directly or via General Enquiry mails on your behalf.
The personal information you provide may be used by Wannavilla to provide you with information about products or services that may be of interest to you unless you indicate that you do not wish to receive such information.
Wannavilla will, at your request and subject to proof of identity, provide you with all personal information held about you under its control. At your request, such information may be corrected, added to or deleted to ensure that such personal information is accurate, up-to-date and complete.
Wannavilla has a Security and Privacy Policy which sets out the information which may be gathered from you and how Wannavilla will seek to protect that information.
If you are a “Consumer” as defined and you make a booking by any distant means of communication, then the agreement is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Transactions (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which provides you with additional rights as follows: If at any time within 14 days after making the agreement, you wish to cancel your instructions, you may do so without penalty, by giving notice to that effect to the villa owner
The Wannavilla website may provide links to, or search results which point to a link to other websites which are not under the control of Wannavilla. You accept that Wannavilla cannot be held responsible for any material on a website which is not under its control.
Wannavilla does not guarantee that access to the website will be continuous or error free. Wannavilla will seek to ensure reasonable continuity of service and early correction of errors of which it is notified. Error correction will ordinarily take place upon the periodic review and checking of the website functionality.
Wannavilla uses virus checking software to screen against damaging viruses but cannot be held responsible for the accidental transmission of a virus to any person. The only exception to this would be if damage were caused from which death or personal injury resulted from the negligence of Wannavilla or was damage caused by a defect within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 Part I.

Renting a property independently over the internet for some can be a daunting prospect; successful rentals involve establishing a degree of trust between property owner and perspective renter.
Unfortunately property owners can sometimes attract fraudulent applications to rent their properties, so a good property owner will want to check you out as much as you want to check out the owner, the property, its facilities, location, amenities and general standards. This is a good procedure to go through as it builds confidence in the rental process.
As with any transaction simply satisfy yourself that you are happy with all aspects of the transaction before booking a rental property. We at Wannavilla recommend that you conduct your own investigations before booking a property to confirm the authenticity of information supplied as we are dependent on properties owners entering accurate information on to the site, as such we cannot warrant the accuracy of the information supplied. Some examples may include but are not limited to :-
Some examples include, check in/out times, what cleaning is provided? Is bed linen and towels provided? Is the pool heated and at what cost? What security deposits are required? When is payment due? What’s the refund / cancellation policy? When will the security deposit be repaid? Under what circumstances will it not be repaid?
If there is any aspect of proposed booking that you are not happy with and cannot resolve to your satisfaction, book another villa.
Finally it is worth remembering that the vast majority of people who book vacation rental property do so time and time again. It is often the property owners themselves who have to take the greatest risk in the whole rental process, entrusting their homes worth hundreds of thousands of dollars to renters. With a common sense approach however renting can be both a safe and rewarding process for both parties.
It is vitally important to you that your personal information is kept safe and confidential. It is equally important that when you communicate information to Wannavilla or Wannavilla communicates with you that such communication is secure.
This policy is intended to make sure that Wannavilla do all that we can to ensure that information and communication with you is kept private.
What kinds of information do we gather about you?
We use the information you supply to provide you with the service which you have requested.
If you allow us to, we may also use the information you supply to provide you with information about other services or products which may be of interest to you.
We will, at your request and subject to proof of identity, provide you with details of all personal information held about you under our control. Such information may be corrected, added to or deleted to ensure that it is accurate, up-to-date and complete.
We have security procedures in place for the administration of the website which prevent unauthorised access to the website processes and records.
Ordinary e-mails passing between you and us are not secure.
If you suspect that your data has reached an unauthorised person through us we ask that you provide us with a statement of how any actual or suspected security breach has come to your notice and the nature of that breach. We will investigate and take action as necessary to remedy any breach of security.
We retain records in electronic form and maintain adequate backup procedures in the event of data corruption or destruction. After records are no longer required to be kept they are deleted.
