Location Description

The villa is situated in the lovely conservation area of Thousand Oaks, Davenport. It is just 15 mins drive from the main disney theme parks. The main highway the I4 is 5 mins away from which you can drive almost everywhere in Florida. There is also a shopping centre "Champions Gate" 5 mins away with a large selection of shops including the famous "Publix" supermarket.

Living Area

The family room is of a spacious open design with screened patio doors leading to the pool and lanai area. It has cable T.V. with DVD player/mini hi-fi with a selection of family, friendly movies. The room is air-conditioned with a ceiling fan and comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. There is also a telephone and answering machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a modern home requires including large fridge/freezer, waste disposal, microwave, dishwasher, cooker with cooker hood. There is ample crockery, cutlery and glassware, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker. All of this is for your convenience should you tire of eating in any of the many restaurants, snack-bars, cafes etc within a few minutes drive.

Dining Area

At the front of the house there is a separate dining area for the more formal dining.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which includes a single vanity unit, toilet and large shower, also a door which leads out to the linai and pool area. A window looks out over the pool and there is a large walk in wardrobe. The bedroom has cable TV, DVD player and clock radio, this room also has a telephone. There is a PC with 24 hour free wireless broadband internet access. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, walk in wardrobe and cable TV. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, walk in wardrobe, cable TV and radio alarm. The fourth bedroom is a delightful disney themed room with twin beds, colourful decor, mickey mouse TV with children's karaoke machine. There is also a selection of board games. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The house bathroom is situated between bedrooms 2 & 3 which consists of bath with shower over, single vanity unit and toilet. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.

Games Room

A door from the kitchen leads to our games room which comprises of a pool table, air hockey game, table soccer and dartboard.

Pool Deck Area

The pool area is fully screened and surrounded by a large decking area. There is a selection of furniture including table, chairs and sunloungers. There is also a six person hot tub.

Amenities

The villa is fully equipped with linen, towels (including pool towels), washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Now with upgraded digital cable television. BOOK A HOLIDAY FOR JANUARY OR FEBRUARY AND RECEIVE FREE HBO AND CINEMAX FILMS.
