Location Description
The house is in the subdivision of Bella Toscana close to ChampionsGate golf complex.
Within 5 minute walking distance (yes i said walking)there is a Walgreens which sells everything from groceries to medicines & beer,a chinese takeaway,Dominos Pizza, Subway, gas station & A Beef O Bradys sports bar & restaurant which is highly reccommended.

Living Area
First off the villa has air conditioning throughout. There are three separate living areas each with luxurious leather sofas, one with recliners, TV, DVD and CD units. Broadband wireless internet access available. family room has 300+ channels.The living areas & bedrooms all have ceiling fans for extra comfort
Kitchen
The Kitchen is fully fitted with a full sized cooker, fridge-freezer with ice making capabilities, dish washer, waste disposal and microwave.There is all the cooking pots & utensils you will need , along with Kettle , Toaster & Coffee maker For those who wish to travel light there is a family sized washer and tumble dryer in a separate utility room where you will also find an iron & ironing board.
Dining Area
there is a luxurious dinnig room table & 6 chairs.
in the kitchen area there is also a seperate table and chairs for four and the breakfast bar seats 3
Bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a spacious ensuite and the other 3 bedrooms share a family bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with TVs. There are two reception rooms both fitted with luxurious sofas one of which folds out into a queen sized bed. The queen sized bed is located at the rear of the house and folds out from the tan leather corner suite.
Games Room
For those rainy days hopefully there won't be many during your stay there is a fully furnished cinema room with playstation and reclining seats,60 inch plasma tv with 400+ channels & hundreds of dvd,s to choose from. Also in the fully air conditioned double garage are a selection of games such as pool, table tennis and darts & a bar area with a fridge to keep your drinks cold . The games room has been tastefully decorated to include neon lights .,
Pool Deck Area
At the rear of the villa is a private screened pool and patio area equipped with table, chairs, and sun loungers. For most of the year, the sun provides sufficient heat for the pool but should you wish then pool heat is available at a supplement. The pool has some safety rules that must be ad-hered to. A feature of the pool is the fibre optic pool lights which look wonderful at night.
Amenities
When hiring this villa you get full use of the cinema room, games room, private pool, internet access, dvd/cd players widescreen televisions,high chair, travel cot , stroller & the piece of mind of a local management company should any problems arise.
