Location Description
Indian Ridge is a quiet community located under a 5 minute drive from the main gates of Walt Disney World and only 3 minutes from the shops and restaurants of Highway 192. Community tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, soccer and baseball facilities, plus children's play area, are all within a 1 minute walk of the villa and can be used free of charge. Both major Orlando Airports and the Universal Studios area are easily accessible via the Interstate junction (3 miles from the villa). The pool area has no neighbours directly behind and overlooks the community open park land.

Living Area
The open plan living area contains a large TV with cable service, sofas, a breakfast bar table and a PC, which is free to use. There is also hi-speed wireless internet service, so you can connect your own devices such as laptops, consoles etc. A further living area provides another separate lounge used as a cinema room with 51" widescreen TV, High Definition Cable service, theatre surround sound system and large DVD movie selection.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering holiday; fridge freezer with ice maker, oven/range with electric stove/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender and all standard utensils.
Dining Area
The separate dining area provides seating for 6 people. A further 4 people can be accommodated at the breakfast bar in the main living area.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms have their own Cable TVs, DVD players, lamps and alarm clocks. The master bedroom boasts an enormous Super King Size bed and has it's own ensuite bathroom with roman bath tub, walk in shower and his and hers sinks, plus a closet for storage. There are a further 3 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other 2 with twin/single beds, accommodating a total of 8 people. There is a separate full bathroom for use by the occupants of the other bedrooms that provides a door out to the pool area. All bedding is Winnie-the-Pooh themed in keeping with the rest of the villa.
Games Room
The Games Room contains a full size slate bed pool table,4-player arcade machines, dual basketball shoot-out nets and electronic dartboard.
Pool Deck Area
The pool is an enormous 42ft long and was custom built to be the largest private pool on the whole community. It is south-facing, so enjoys all day sun exposure, overlooks open park land and offers an adjoining jacuzzi with powerful massage jets. FREE pool and jacuzzi heating is included in our rental price. The pool also has a disco lighting display and spray jets. 8 padded sun loungers and chairs are provided on the decking area. An optional child safety fence can also be erected around the permiter by guests if desired.
