Location Description

This is the closest gated community to Walt Disney World. Emerald Island is a lush "land island" nestling in 300 acres of open woodland and conservation areas and yet only 2 miles from Disney's World Drive, the entrance to Walt Disney World Florida. The long, winding, fountain lined and beautifully manicured driveway brings you to the permanently manned, community entrance gates. This ensures that the exclusive community stays just that as only residents and registered guests are allowed onto the community ensuring your security, privacy and the frequent availability of all the facilities.

Inside the community you will be astounded by the shear abundance of facilities available to you such as; Club House with games room, community pool, childrens play area, gymnasium, tiki bar, and free broadband internet access either by fixed terminal or wireless hotspot. For the more energetic amongst you, there are also professional tennis courts, a beach volley ball court, and numerous jogging routes through the stunning scenery.

SeaWorld and Universal Studios is only 10 minutes away.

Living Area

The living area has two settees and plenty of space. There is a large screen TV and a wonderful place to have a drink and relax after the excitment of the parks

Kitchen

Fully fitted kitchen to include everything you could want or imagine in a kitchen. All crockery, glassware and cultrey is also provided

Dining Area

There are 2 dining areas. 1 in the lounge area and 1 in the kitchen. These can confortably be used for formal (you wear a shirt) or casual (you dont) dining.

Bedrooms

There are 6 bedroom + a sofa bed in the living area. There are 3 double beds plus 3 twin rooms. 4 bedrooms are en-suite including a jacuzzi bath in the main bedroom

Games Room

Fully fitted with full size pool table, foosball table and air hockey table. There is also a stereo and PS2. The room is carpeted and air conditioned.

Pool Deck Area

The pool and deck are over sized and as big as you will get in a vacation home. There is a substantial amount of pool funiture to allow everyone to lounge out in the Florida sun. There is also a covered linai area to allow some welcome shade from the sun whilst still being outside

Amenities

There is also a fully fitted clubhouse on the site including; games room, gym, sauna, community pool, tiki bar, nature walk, beach vollyball court, professional tennis courts, jogging routes, internet access, wireless hotspot, childrens play areas and much much more
