Rates in US Funds
All prices are per week and inclusive of all Florida state and tourist taxes.
All prices are inclusive of all utility bills, pool maintenance(not heating)and cleaning of villa prior to arrival/departure.
Bed linens and towels are provided for use within the villa.
Pool heating if required is charged at a weekly rate of $150.
(recommended Oct – Mar Pool heating will be on for 8 hours per day)
A non refundable Booking deposit of £200/$300 per booking is required at the time of booking. Balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival.
Optional Services available from our mangement company so please order in advance:
• Welcome pack $60
• Baby Pack (Pampers Wipes and Cream) $40
• Mid stay clean $95
Includes full clean laundry and change bed linen.
These prices are for villa rental not per person.
Please note stays of less that 7 nights will be charged a cleaning fee of $85.
