You can relax by the pool on a beautiful evening & watch the daily disney firework display away from the crowds.
Residents also have exclusive access to the facilities at Glenbrook which include a resort style community pool with fountain, gym, billiards, media room with extra large TV/DVD, Free internet access, as well as a wireless hotspot and beach volleyball and tennis courts.

From our villa, the west coast of Florida is less than 2 hours drive away & we would recommend visiting St. Petersburg / Clearwater situated on the Gulf Coast (one of the top 3 beaches in the U.S.).
On the east coast, there is Daytona Beach, where you can drive your car right down to the sand & of course you can watch the Daytona 500 along
with Race Week.

Rates in UK/US Funds
All prices are per week and inclusive of all Florida state and tourist taxes.
All prices are inclusive of all utility bills, pool maintenance(not heating)and cleaning of villa prior to arrival/departure.
Bed linens and towels are provided for use within the villa.

Pool heating if required is charged at a weekly rate of £84 $140.
(recommended Oct – Mar. Pool heating will be on for 8 hours per day.

A non refundable Booking deposit of £200/$300 per booking is required at the time of booking. Balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival.

Optional Services available from our mangement company so please order in advance:

• Baby Pack (Pampers Wipes and Cream) $40
• Mid stay clean $85
Includes full clean laundry and change bed linen.

These prices are for villa rental not per person.
