Bridgewater Crossing Orlando is actually located in Davenport, Florida which is south of the Orlando area. The vacation rentals in Bridgewater Crossing are set on 78 acres and surrounded by 165 acres of wetlands. The Bridgewater Crossing vacation home rentals are located approximately 14.1 miles from Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and 14 miles from Epcot. More major shops are typically located in the Champions Gate area and more extensive array on HWY 192 which approximately 9.8 miles north (driving).

The vacation home rentals in Bridgewater Crossing are typically detached single family homes with 3,4, 5 and 6 bedrooms sleeping from eight to fourteen people depending on sleeping configurations. The community has a swimming pool, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts.

There are also three miles of lakefront nature trails in a protected nature reserve with ponds, wetland and a large deep water lake It takes a 15 minute drive to reach Disney, 30 minutes to Universal, Island of Adventure and Sea World.

Champion’s Gate Resort Complex with its 2 Greg Norman designed golf courses and David Leadbetter Golf academy, Publix supermarket, McDonalds, Subway, Walgreens pharmacy, banking services, Italian pizzeria and a Chinese take away is a 15 minute drive. Just 3 minutes drive away is a Publix supermarket as well as a Walgreens pharmacy and several restaurants, Close to the entrance of the development is a gas station with convenience store, take away food including a pizza service and video rental shop.

Bridgewater Crossing offers much for the family coming on vacation to the Orlando / Kissimmee area. The community is beautifully landscaped and boast grand homes with a great view. In just a few minutes you can be in the center of the action in Downtown Disney or even on the 192 attractions.

Living Area

Comfortable and spacious living area has a large 2 seater sofa and a large 3 seater sofa that converts into a double bed.

we have a 50" flat screen HD TV with full cable TV, An Xbox 360 with a selection of games for the kids and a DVD player.

We have free internet access throughout the house with hard wire available at the access point.
A free local call telephone is also provided.

Double alarmed patio doors lead out to the pool and spa deck area.

Underwater pool lighting switch is located next to the patio doors.

Kitchen

A fully equipped spacious kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge freezer with ice making facility, microwave and double oven cooker.

A breakfast area with table and seating for 4. food pantry and door leading to garage and utility area.

Dining Area

Formal dining table with seating for 6 people.

Bedrooms

Master bedroom with full sized en-suite bathroom and double alarmed patio doors leading to pool and spa area.

2nd bedroom with twin beds and full en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower. This bathroom is accessible from the pool area and can be used as a day wet room by closing the connecting bedroom door during the day. This room also has an x box with the TV.

3rd bedroom with twin beds and bathroom just outside the door. All bedrooms have walk in wardrobes, TV,s and windows to the outside.

Games Room

We do not have a purpose made games room but we have fantastic community facilities including a very large communal swimming pool with changing facilities, sun loungers and chairs.

Tennis courts, beach volleyball and basketball courts, a children’s play area and a covered picnic & BBQ area with fantastic views over the 4 acre fishing lake.

We do have an Xbox and an Xbox 360 games console with a selection of games.

Pool Deck Area

Our pool area is where you can expect to spend most of your time when your're at the villa.

The pool area is designed for ultimate relaxation. It has a covered area where you can stay out of the sun if you wish. Table and chairs, and sun loungers are provided.

All doors leading out to the pool area are fitted with alarms for the safety of children.

The pool is 3ft deep at the shallow end with entry gained via the steps and 6ft deep at the other end with a seating ledge where you can sit and relax in the water.

The pool can be lit at night by our colour changing lighting within the pool. controlled by a switch inside the house.

We also have an oversized in ground jaquzzi spa with separate heating controls from the swimming pool, which is great for relaxing in, let the bubbles carress your muscles after a long day out or simply just chill out.

The pool & spa area is completely private with no overlooking villas, the road running along side our corner plot is the private access road to the community and is used very little even in high season. The whole area behinds our pool area backs onto a conservation area where you can expect to see otters, raccoon, wild birds, cranes and many other kinds of wildlife.
We include pool & spa heating in the rental charges. You do not have to pay extra.
