Esprit villa community is walled and also known as Fairway Lakes Estates. Being zoned for short term rental it is popular a rental community but also has a number of permanent residents there.
Vacation rentals at Esprit also benefit from the community facilities available including pool, tennis courts, basket ball and access to the 600 acre Davenport Lakes. A boat dock and fishing are popular at Lake Davenport.
Ideally located for golf enthusiasts, the Esprit villa community has the Polo Park East golf course designed by Larry Lord running through it. This 9 hole par 3 course is open to the public and offers good value for money.
Just a few minute’s drive away is Highlands Reserve another popular golf course with a driving range and restaurant. Carts and clubs are also available to rent if required.
Take advantage of the many attractions close by including s or if shopping is what you crave why not try to flea markets located on the 192 followed up by a nice meal at one of the hundreds of restaurants nearby. Wal-Mart is available within 5 minutes drive for shopping and groceries or alternatively try Target or Publix – less crowds!
Quick and easy access can be gained to the major road network providing access to the beaches near Tampa on the West Coast or the Atlantic coast beaches near Cocoa or Melbourne within 1.5 hours via the Interstate 4.
Twenty minutes north along Highway 27 is Clermont and a further small shopping area just prior to the junction with Highway 50. The new toll road Western Expressway 429 crosses the 192 (less than 5 minutes away) gives quick access to the Disney area entering close to Blizzard Beach Water Park and Animal Kingdom.
The nearest large shopping area is just 10 minutes away at Posner Park where stores such as JC Penney and Belk can be found alternatively try the Florida Mall or Millennia Mall
