Cumbrian Lakes, Orlando, Florida is located on south Poinciana Boulevard a road running north to south joining the busy Highway 192 and Highway 17-92. Located approximately four miles from Disney in the Kissimmee area access can be gained via the 192 to Disney in approximately 10-15 minutes.

Easy access to the Interstate 4 via highway 192 means that when arriving at Orlando International Airport, you will be in your rental home at Cumbrian Lakes within 30 minutes drive. This major road network also provides access to the beaches near Tampa on the West Coast or the Atlantic coast beaches, Cocoa or Melbourne both being within 1 hour. By following Highway 17-92 the South Orange Blossom trail an easy drive takes you to the Haines City area on Highway 27 with its further shopping, restaurants and golf waiting for you to try.
