Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is one of the newer communities in the Orlando area built in 2007. Located on Highway 27 to the South of the intersection of the Interstate 4, this community is ideally located to give easy access to the many parks and attractions in the area. The drive is therefore very straight forward to the parks and other attractions Disney being 15-20 minutes and Seaworld, Universal area 30 minutes away. Quick and easy access can be gained to the major road network providing access to the beaches near Tampa on the West Coast or the Atlantic coast beaches near Cocoa or Melbourne being within 1.5 hours.
Calabay Parc at Tower Lake has a magnificent gated entrance and has lake front amenities including clubhouse, boat house, fishing dock, water sports and picnic areas. If someone in your party enjoys fishing or golf, Tower Lakes has a Bass fishing lake and is located next Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. In addition there are further world class courses designed by Greg Norman at Championsgate within 10 minutes drive.
Less than 10 minutes away is the brand new multi-million-dollar Posner Park shopping area, which will feature fine dining, distinctive shopping movie theatres and much more. There are an increasing number of shops currently available. These currently include JC Penney’s, Belk, Dicks, Target, Best Buy, Staples , Ross and a book store to name but a few.
More shopping opportunities can be found easily along the Interstate 4 including Florida Mall, Mall at Millenia or a range of outlet shopping opportunities.
Within 5 minutes drive you have access to 24 hour Wal-Mart and Publix for all your needs during your vacation, with numerous local food outlets close by. Plenty of restaurants in the area provide a great choice from Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans, and Perkins to fabulous family cooking at Mannie’s restaurant.
There is another Calabay Park development “Calabay Park” which is approx 15 minutes drive North on Highway 27, 5 minutes past the junction with Interstate 4. Take care when booking your Calabay Park villa that you are clear which community it is you have booked for as this can become confusing.
