Bridgewater at Town Center is a small quiet community of just 49 homes in the Orlando area. Located on County Road 54 or Old Lake Wilson Road Highway 545, it is just minutes away from junction 58 of the Interstate 4 at Championsgate and therefore ideally located to give easy access to Disney World only 15 minutes way. Universal and Seaworld are approximately 30 mins drive. Quick and easy access can therefore be gained to the major road network providing access to the beaches near Tampa on the West Coast or the Atlantic coast beaches near Cocoa or Melbourne within 1.5 hours
The beautiful Town Center lake is at the centre of the subdivision and many of the rental homes in this community enjoy spectacular view over the water. The location is therefore very peaceful, perfect for relaxing away from the parks.
Publix supermarket is a five minute drive along Lake Wilson Road just opposite Reunion, the multi -million dollar golf resort. You will also find a range of shops and takeaways here with a number of restaurants including Chili’s, a family restaurant at Championsgate along with a second Publix. In addition the many restaurants located on the 192 are an easy 15 minute drive away. Within a few hundred yards of the entrance to the Bridgewater at Town Centre is a gas filling station and convenience store with takeaway pizza and video rental available for a quiet night in.
Within 10 minutes drive is a fabulous range of shopping options. One of these is Posner Park, a new multimillion dollar shopping area consisting currently of JC Penney’s, Belk, Dicks, Target, Best Buy, Staples , Ross and a book store.
If golf is what you are looking for, the world class courses at Championsgate designed by Greg Norman are within 5 minutes or try Southern Dunes near Haines City, Orange Lake or The Legends as an alternative.
