Our villa has 4 bedrooms (2 masters ) 3 bathrooms,with an oversize south facing pool and spa, situated on a gated community 12 minutes from Disney.
Location Description
Our 4 bed 3 bath villa is located at Mission Park.
Our community is on hwy 27, 2 miles north of hwy 192 and 15 minutes to Disney. A SuperWal-Mart is under 2 miles away.

Living Area
Our home is open plan and all on one level, so is ideal for families with young children or people who find it difficult to climb stairs. There is a large hdtv with blu-ray player in the main living area with cable access to numerous hdtv channels as well as English Premier League football.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a full size fridge freezer with ice maker, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, cofee maker and all other necessary utensils you may need.
Off the kitchen is the utility room with a large washing machine, drier, ironing board and laundry basket.
Dining Area
The dining area has a dining table with seating for 4. There is also a breakfast bar with 6 bar stools.
Bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are masters.
The first master has a king size bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet.
The second master has a queen bed and private bathroom with tub and overhead shower. The third bedroom has a double bed. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. Between these bedrooms is a third bathroom with a tub and overhead shower. All bathrooms have hairdriers. All bedrooms have tv's with dvd's in master bedrooms. All linens neccessary are provided.
Games Room
There is a full size pool table, foosball game, electronic darts as well as a music centre, board games and a large selection of books to read while relaxing at the pool.
Pool Deck Area
The villa has an oversize south facing pool with hot tub. The pool area is screened, has a lanai with table and chairs for those who like a little shade during the hotter days as well as four sun loungers with cushions for sun lovers. The pool, hot tub and lanai have lighting for night time use.
