A luxury 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Vacation Rental Villa in Calabay Parc at Tower Lake with extra large screened pool and Games room with Internet access.
Location Description
This fully completed development of Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is on the US 27 just past the Hearts of Florida Main Hospital. One of the closest to the main 192 with all the restaurants, shopping and other attractions and Disney Main Gate which is just 15 Minutes off US High Way 27.
Calabay Parc at Tower lakes is next to the Southern Dunes championship Golf course and the area has it's own shopping Mall including a 24 hour Wal*Mart superstore.

Living Area
The family room has a 50” TV with further TV’s in each room with the benefit of both cable and satellite service. There is also free wireless DSL internet connection and free local telephone calls. If this is still not enough we also have a Playstation2 with games.
The comfortable lounge and dining area are both light and airy in an open plan format. The children (or you) can entertain themselves with over 70 cable TV channels, there is also a DVD player. The pool can be accessed through the patio doors from the lounge. These are alarmed for the safety and security of children (pool guard around pool for child safety).
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes a large oven, hob, microwave, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, pots, pans, crockery, telephone
Our villa has laundry facilities which include a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board
All bed linen and towels are provided
Dining Area
The Dinning nook is perfect to seat 12 people for that odd dinning experance

The master suite has a queen size bed, large walk-in closet cable tv, clock/ radio, hairdryer, telephone.
The master suite bathroom has double wash basins, wc, large shower enclosure and corner bath
The second master suite situated on the first floor has a comfortable double bed, closet, clock/radio, telephone.
The second master bathroom has a wash basin , wc, bath with shower over
The twin bedroom 1 has twin beds closet. Bathroom (en-suite) has wash basin, wc, bath tub with shower over
Twin bedroom 2 has twin beds, closet. Bathroom (jack & Jill) wash basin, wc, bath tub with shower over
Games Room
The Games room is equiped with ool table dart, and ice hocky.
Pool Deck Area
At our villa we have a fabulous swimming pool, which can be heated if required, with a great BBQ area for you to use with the included BBQ for a great outdoor meal and a cold drink while you relax and unwind on your return from all the excitement of the theme parks.
Pool furniture is provided and also installed is a removable safety fence to prevent small children accessing the pool unsupervised.
