Location Description
Woodlands View is located in The Retreat at Legacy Park, a peaceful sub-division on the US27 just off Interstate 4.Our home is only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World entrance.
For those visitors who want something different there are 8 golf courses up to championship level very close by.Within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants and only a short drive from bars and shops.St Petersburg,Clearwater & Sarasota beaches only 75 minutes to the West.
Kennedy Space centre,Daytona & Cocoa Beach to the East.

Living Area
We are fortunate at Woodlands View to have three living areas,the first being in the reception area,a delightfully furnished room where you can enjoy some relaxation time after a busy day at the parksor enjoy a meal in the dining area, the sofa in this room is also a sofa-bed.
Walking through into the family living area there is a brightly lit living space for all the family to enjoy, a very large wide screen T.V & DVD with patio doors leading to the pool.
Moving upstairs to the large landing area this is a great place for the children to chill out with T.V,Playstation,DVDs and board games and lots of comfy seating.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with a large range,microwave,dishwasher,waste disposal unit,coffee machine,toaster food processor and fridge freezer with ice-maker.All cutlery,table-ware,utensils and linens are provided
Just off the kitchen is a walk in pantry with plenty of storage space,washing machine,tumble dryer and clothes airer,iron & ironing board.
Dining Area
Woodlands View benefits from having two eating areas,a Breakfast Nook that looks on to the pool area and seats 6 as well as breakfast bar seating.
For a more formal meal we have a dining table and chairs in the reception room.
Bedrooms
Three of the 5 bedrooms are en-suite.One is on the ground floor and has a Queen-sized bed, TV,radio alarm full bathroom facilities and access to the pool area from the bathroom.
Two further master suites are on the first floor both with Super King sized beds,both have their own bathrooms and large walk-in closets
Bathroom to first master room has bath,separate shower cubicle,double sink area and WC.
The second master has a bath with shower over,sink and WC.
Bedroom 4 is a twin room with night stand,storage,TV & DVD and a walk in closet.
Bedroom 5 has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom( sleeps 3) walk in closet and Princess TV & DVD
The fourth and fifth bedrooms have a shared bathroom with twin sinks,bath with shower over and WC.
Games Room
The large double garage at Woodlands View is used as a games room and is equipped with a pool table,air hockey table and a basket ball game.
Pool Deck Area
South West facing pool and deck looking directly on to conservation area, not over looked at all.Enjoy the views of balloon flights as they silenty pass over the pool in the morning or enjoy the wonderful sunsets at the end of the day. Large 30 x 15 foot heated pool and Spa.Covered lanai with table and chairs for some welcome shade and plenty of recliners to soak up the wonderful Florida sunshine.Gas BBQ supplied with gas and all utensils.
Pool fence provided for childrens safety or can be rolled away.
