Bridgewater Crossing is a multi award winning estate surrounded by natural woodland which are full of wildlife, quiet and friendly an ideal location a place to relax and enjoy. Just 2 minutes drive to all major roads, Champions Gate golf complex restaurants and stores. Disney's doorstep is 12 minutes away and 20-25 minutes to SeaWorld Universal, Islands of Adventure.

Living Area
Our luxury furnished lounge is cool and comfortable with ac and ceiling fans its a great place to chill out.
For your enjoyment and entertainment we have FREE high speed internet, multi channel TV, DVD player, books, games, maps phone and internet access.
Kitchen
Our kitchen has everything except a chief, pots pans cup plates are plentiful. Just to make life easy we have a dishwasher, microwave, waste deposal, coffee and tea makers
Washer and Drier are housed in the garage.
Dining Area
Great place to seat a family of 6 for a nice meal in if you decide to cook at home.
Free use of high chair if needed.
BBQ is available free of charge.
Bedrooms
Our villa is 3 bedrooms,all rooms have AC.
Master en-suite has a large king sized bed tv dvd clock radio.
Upstair is the seperate 2 bedrooms and a bath room this make our villa ideal for 2 families.
Queen bedroom has tv dvd radio.
Twin bedroom has twin beds tv dvd games station, loads of toys and games.
Free use of cot.
Pool Deck Area
Fantastic solar heated private pool and deck area enjoys the Florida sunshine all day. It private and housed within a florida lani.
Deck area is a great place for a cool beer or glass of wine.
Solar heated during the winter or if you require gas heat can be added at an extra charge.
Amenities
Bridgewater Crossing estate allows our guest to use free of charge the children's play area, bbq, community pool, volley or tennis court. All are well kept and clean. Fishing is a must from the lake across the road or at the 45 acre lake by the community pool, wildlife is plentiful so watch for a gaiter.
