As soon as you enter this villa you will be greeted by the wide expanse of the main living area with doors opening straight through to the pool.

The living area has plenty of space to relax on the comfortable sofas. There is TV, DVD player and hi-fi stereo with CD player. View straight onto the pool area
Kitchen
Next to the living area is the family sized kitchen equipped with all the latest appliances and a great breakfast nook that overlooks the lanai and pool area. Utility room with washing machine, dryer, deep sink & hanging area plus cupboards together with a bread maker.

Pool Deck Area
Outside on the lanai, next to the pool, is the feature area of this villa. The lanai is an extensive (42ft) shaded area outside with a large table to dine al fresco, plus outdoor bar area and outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen has a large sink area, fridge and a gas barbecue, to make the most of every evening. TV & piped music from the house. Remote controlled fans & a good outdoor shower
