On the ground floor as you enter our home is a large lounging area which is a relaxing section of our home, which consists of arm chairs and sofas for you to sit and chat and cocktail tables for drinks. (Two double sofa beds for additional sleeping)
The family room consists of a wide screen 42inch TV and music system plus sofas and armchair.The villa also has a built in music system with speakers in every room allowing you to play music or use as an intercom system to monitor sleeping children.

Whe living room and kitchen area both open out to a spacious 30ft x 40 ft extended decking area that leads to the 14ft x 30ft pool and 6ft round raised spa with spa lights. For safety a child safety fence is supplied but can be removed if desired. With ample reclining and cushioned pool side furniture which consists of lounges, chairs and tables allows you to relax in the outdoors whilst soaking up the Florida sunshine, but for those who require shading a section of the pool area is protected by a covered 187ft lanai.
Summer Kitchen
Here our home is suited for the wonderful outdoor entertainment with its 5ft Summer Kitchen which includes cedar cupboard space a sink and tiled counter tops with
extended decking over looking the lake makes it very relaxing and invigorating to dine as the sun is setting using the built in outdoor kitchen. Our home and pool area is fitted with music surround sound speakers.
