In addition, each side of the pool area has 6 ft fencing screen on the lot boundaries for extra privacy. Baby barrier for pool provided for extra safety. Optionally operated speakers linked to stereo in Living Room/Great room.

Amenities

Sundries: All linen, personal and pool towels, hair dryer along with library of novels, CD's etc are provided. Two sets of golf clubs are provided for free careful use on the numerous nearby courses.

Directly backs onto a nature reserve from which a variety of bird life visits the rear garden along with other friendly creatures, providing lovely additions to the peaceful enjoyment of a very private location. The south facing rear aspect provides sun all day with shade in the lanai if required.

Other Rental Charges Information

Low Season - 1st May to 30th June, 1st September to 30th November- the price per week is from UK£495 / US$875 plus Charlotte County taxes and other charges below.

High Season - 1st December to 30th April, 1st July to 31st August - the price per week is from UK£595 / US$1025 plus Charlotte County taxes and other charges below.

Rates shown are for the entire villa and solar heated pool for up to 6 guests. However, we charge an additional UK£70/US$126 per week for each guest in excess of 6 persons.

Special rates may be available for 4 week or more rentals.

Cleaning - For all rentals there is a standard cleaning charge of UK£55 / US$95 per rental subject to the Booking Terms.

Optional electric pool heating during winter period - generally preferred during October to March, is UK£56 / US$98 per week.

12 % Charlotte County Taxes (effective from 1st April 2007) are chargeable on all rental, pool heating, cleaning and other charges.
Cribs, cots etc are available for rent from our very friendly and efficient local management company, costs payable locally direct to the management company. Please e-mail us for requirements and quote.
