Location Description
Our recently built home is located on the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park. This is part of the Legacy Park development. Highgate Park benefits from a quiet location away from traffic noise yet in a convenient location for all attractions and major roads of US 192 and I4.

Universal 30 mins
Orlando International Airport 30 mins
Sandford International Airport 45 mins
The are restaurants, supermarkets, banks and petrol stations within 5 minutes of our home.

Living Area
Our Villa is fully air conditioned, light and airy with welcoming features offering a homey feel. This a single storey home offering full wheelchair access and we provide a cot/crib and highchair as well.
The Great Room is furnished to a high standard offering two dining areas, one large formal dining table and one breakfast nook dining area overlooking the pool. There are two large sofa's, entertainment centre with TV + cable, DVD with movies ,CD + MP3 attachment and music provided. Board Games, books, magazines and playing cards.
Kitchen
There is a large fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons range/hob/microwave/dishwasher fridge freezer and waste disposal. All amenities are provided such as toaster/kettle/coffee machine etc. The home phone allows you to receive incoming calls and make outgoing local calls free of charge. There is a separate laundry area with a washer, dryer and iron and ironing board. Hairdryer also provided.
Dining Area
There are two dining areas, one large formal dining table and one breakfast nook dining area overlooking the pool.
Bedrooms
Our home has 4 large bedrooms, all with Cable TV, alarm clocks, spacious closets and storage. All linen, towels and pool towels are provided. There are two Master suites with their own bathrooms and flat screen TV's.
The first Master suite has a King size bed, walk in closet, dresser, nightstands, flat screen cable TV and patio window overlooking the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has mirrored walls with spot lights, his and her basins, walk in shower , corner bath with separate WC. A hairdryer is also provided.
The second Master Suite has a Queen sized bed, dresser with mirror and storage, flat screen cable TV and the adjacent bathroom has bath with shower and basin. There are two further bedrooms one twin and one double they have their own access to the hallway and have en-suite access to a jack and jill bathroom with a dressing area and basin which leads to a separate room with bath /shower and WC.

Pool Deck Area
The pool area is South facing (essential in winter months ), we have an enormous extended deck (not all homes benefit from this feature), there is an outside shower and pool toys are provided for the children. The pool fence is in place on your arrival for your protection and can be lowered if required. The pool can be heated if required, we provide a pool blanket to keep the pool and spa warm during the winter months. The pool deck has a lanai to offer shade for those who prefer this and there is also and enormous deck benefiting from lots of sun during all months of the year. All lights, spa functions and heating functions can be controlled from a panel just inside the home unlike most other villas where you have to go around the side of the home to find these. We provide loungers and patio table and chairs located under a much needed fan. The garden planting gives you privacy around the pool area and we are in an elevated position and are not overlooked from behind or from the street unlike corner plots. The pool area is screened to protect you from the local wildlife. It is in a peaceful location which offers much need rest and relaxation time.
