The family lounge, decorated to a jazz theme, provides 2 new three seater sofas, which have a luxury suede effect in microfibre, an armchair, and two small child size seats, which can be extended to provide child size floor bedshould you need eaxtra child sleeping! It is equipped with a LARGE FLAT SCREEN HD CABLE TV WITH EXTRA CHANNELS INC FOX SOCCER PREMIERSHIP FOOTBALL,and DVD player. Of course the large patio doors open out onto the sun terrace with gorgeous view!
Kitchen
The American style gourmet open kitchen is fully equipped should you choose to dine at home, and overlooks the dining area. It provides everything you need for meals or snacks: CERAMIC HOB AND OVEN, DOUBLE DOORED FRIDGE FREEZER WITH ICEMAKER AND CHILLED WATER DISPENSER, modern quiet dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender.... And an excellent range of cookware and tableware, including some kiddiware, and unbreakable plates and glasses, should you prefer dining "al fresco"!!!!!

The luxury en-suite has a large ROMAN STLYE BATH, DOUBLE VANITY UNITS AND GIANT SHOWER, hair dryer, and straighteners, telephone; and a SAFE in the walk in wardrobe.
All the bedrooms have clocks, lamps, laundry baskets, ceiling fans, wicker chairs, which can be used in the lounge to provide extra seating, storage units and lots of hanging space. They all boast an excellent colour co-ordinated decor.
The second master, with US QUEEN bed with brand new plush mattress and box..... is accessed via the hallway with giant feature wall mirror, check that look! has its own ENSUITE with full size shower, and FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD COMBO, and a view of the front garden, which is totally unoverlooked ....
The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de -sac with no opposite housing or thru traffic!
This room had been newly decorated and now boasts luxury bedding..
There are two further bedrooms with two single beds each. One, WITH TODDLER TOYS, is PROFESSIOANLLY decorated in a fun loving DISNEY MICKEY THEME! this room can be changed to a more subtle Minnie decor..simply by changing the bedcovers.
The spacious family bathroom, which serves these two bedrooms, tastefully reflects this DISNEY decor. It is generously furnished with TWO SEPARATE VANITY UNITS, and a bath with shower over.
The second twin is freshly decorated in a zany SURFIN'USA THEME, and has FLATSCREEN TV/DVD COMBO!
Kids love these rooms!!
NEW this room can now be converted to a US king, on request,if required,for a couple

The pool is entered via pretty steps alongside the pool planter, and the shallow water gradually deepens to 6' at the far end where there is a rest seat and a fountain feature.....

Other Rental Charges Information
POOL HEAT is available for the winter months at £100/$160 per week, usually only necessary Nov to March, maybe? Everybody has a different idea of pool heat preference.
If you require to make a booking, a booking form will be sent to you together with details of booking conditions.
Holidays must be for at least 5 days, and holidays of less than 6 days will require a special clean fee of £40/$80.
Lower rates maybe available for longer periods of time! please enquire.
All prices include 13% sales tax
Now payments available in euros!!!Please enquire!
To secure your booking dates you must send £100/ $200 per week, within the week, or you may lose the dates once decided
The remainder of the money is required 10 weeks before your arrival, and on receipt you will be sent all the details you need, villa position, how to access, shopping, driving and dining tips, and management company contact details, to facilitate easy access and enjoyable holidays!
Late bookings, less than 8 weeks away, require full payment
There is also a small security deposit charge, to cover any negligent damage £250/$350, to be made when you make your final payment. This can be sent as a separate cheque, to be returned to you, when villa is checked out and clear - should be well within the following month.
there is also the option to pay a one off payment for insurance to cover accidental breakage
Please note...this is a NON SMOKING villa and to ensure the comfort of all guests, should this not be observed, we reserve the right to deduct the security deposit towards emergency deep cleaning.
However, smoking on the terrace and pool area is allowed...
