There is a nice game room in the garage, which presents a professional pool table, 4 extra bar stools, soft foam floors, a fan.

For our younger guests there are 2 strollers, a high chair, a baby monitor, and a pack-n-play baby crib. And for the toddlers we have 2 toddler bed-rails which can be installed on any of the beds. All our doors are equipped with child safety locks, and the pool area is surrounded by a child-safe fence.

The south-west, salt water, heated pool & spa is enclosed in a net cage to keep the insects at bay. There is child safety fence, 5 recliner chairs with ottomans + chaise with comfortable cushions, 2 snack tables, & pool toys.

Cleaning fee of $120US.

Pool heat is additional at $30US/day -October to April.

Spa heat only May to September at $20US/day.

A non-refundable initial payment of $250.00US/week is due immediately to secure the reservation.

Final payment to be made no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

A security deposit of $500US, which will be held against any loss or damage caused to the property, or costs incurred, to be paid on the same day as the payment of balance.
