Location Description

The villa is in a gated community and our villa overlooks a lake and conservation at the rear no rear neighbours so very private .
We are situated just of the HWY 192 and it is a peaceful area away from the hipe of disney world yet we are ony 10 mins drive away .
WALMART ,PUBLICS (SUPERMARKET)ALSO TARGET AND a lot of small shops .
Restaurants a few mins drive away

We have THE NOOK with a tall table and 6 chairs lookking over the pool to have your breakfast .

There is loungers and a umbrella and you are private as we have a fence both sides of the florida room .
There are plenty of widlife both day and evening and you can see any shuttle go off from florida from the florida room
The pool is cleaned for your arrival and cleaned each week .
There is a saftey fence for little ones ans the patio doors are alarmed as well .
The pool can be heated for winter months .
