Location Description

Terra Verde is not your "average" Orlando resort. It is also not a timeshare resort. You will stay in a genuine town home, built by a traditional home builder, in an exclusive resort that is home to full-time residents and savvy vacationers alike.

Newly built (in late 2004), your 2-storey unit comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs bathrooms, downstairs toilet/washroom, living area, dining area, full kitchen, laundry room and private patio with your own hot tub (note: the home does not have a private pool but the resort has a fabulous designer pool).

Living Area

The living area provides a sofa (which opens to a queen size sofa-bed), loveseat, coffee table, end tables and TV with over 35 channels of cable TV (including free multiple HBO channels and ESPN). We recently added free broadband high-speed wireless internet access for guests bringing a laptop computer.

Kitchen

The home is equipped with upgraded Whirlpool brand appliances: fridge-freezer with ice-maker, stove with flat ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, built-in microwave. En-suite laundry room with washer and dryer.

Just about everything is provided for you, including a generous supply of towels, linens, chinaware, cookware, cutlery, utensils, glassware, coffeemaker, electric kettle (for our British guests), blender.

Dining Area

The dining table seats 6, and an additional 2 people can sit at the adjacent breakfast bar.

Bedrooms

The home has 3 upstairs bedrooms that sleep 6. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV set, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and TV set, 3rd bedroom has two twin size beds and a Mickey Mouse style TV set.

The downstairs queen size sofabed can sleep an additional 2 for a maximum occupancy of 8.

Games Room

The resort offers a fantastic club-house staffed by a friendly concierge service and is open daily to guests, along with an outdoor recreation area. Facilities include:

* Lounge with reading chairs, TV screens and free wireless internet access.
* Fitness room with treadmills and exercise bikes.
* Computer room with web-enabled computers for guest use.
* Arcade game room.
* Pool table.

Pool Deck Area

Next to the club-house is an outdoor recreation area. Facilities include:

* Designer, lakeside swimming pool with "beach-style" walk-in shallow-end and crystal-clear water.

* Bathroom facilities.
* Licensed poolside tiki bar.
* Kids playground.
* Basketball and sand volleyball courts.

Rates exclude county and state tax of 13%.
Rates based on 5-night minimum stay. Shorter stays may be quoted at our discretion and will incur a $70 cleaning fee. During some periods, we may require a 5-night or 7-night minimum stay.
Discounts available for longer stays.

Due to high maintenance costs, a hot tub heating/usage charge of $3/night will apply for guests who request this amenity.
