Location Description

Treasure Trove is ideally placed on prestigious Windwood Bay, a sought after community of luxury homes. The development is located in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by a conservation area and wetlands, ideal for those short walks to make the most of a nature trail around a lake, yet only 10 minutes from Disney and the sparkling night life. The world renowned Champions Gate Resort is only 2 minutes away, offering world class golf courses, plus a very convenient range of shops and restaurants at the local Plaza at Champions Gate.

The glorious beaches of St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Sarasota are just 75 minutes away to the West and Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona and Cocoa Beach slightly less distance to the East.

Living Area

The Formal Lounge is simply stunning and takes your breath away. A luxurious large sofa and love seat with designer bespoke drapes and window dressings adds to the 'WOW' factor. The area is complimented with matching centre table and 2 occasional tables with twin lamps. A contrasting shaggy pile carpet adds that extra touch of luxury. This is an ideal room for entertaining, after dinner drinks on that special occasion or just to relax and quietly read one of the many books available.

The beautifully furnished, comfortable and spacious Family Room has 2 huge sumptuous sofas and two comfy armchairs coordinated with matching bespoke fabrics to the window dressings and the room's decor. The seating is complimented by a central coffee table and two occasional tables with lamps and table decorations. A stylish Armoire houses an Entertainment Center with a large-screen cable TV with surround sound, DVD and VCR Player, plus an abundance of DVDs, books and card and board games for all ages. A Hi-Fi Stereo system has just been added with Tape and CD decks, digital radio and MP3 socket so that you can bring your own music compilations to enjoy, or just use our own CD music choice. This room is ideal to unwind in after an action packed day and make use of the variety of entertainment on offer or just relax and chat with friends and family over a few drinks.

Upstairs the spacious Den is a great place to enjoy the entertainment or just quietly relax. A 7-seater high- back sectional sofa and love seat offers plenty of space to watch a movie on the 27-inch cable TV with DVD and VCR Player housed in the Armoire. Alternatively try out one of the many games on the PlayStation 2 system or the variety of board games, card games, jigsaw puzzles or games of skill.



A computer workstation complete with PC with Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2000 Professional Edition, TFT monitor, HP printer, twin speakers and FREE Wireless Broadband (DSL) Internet access is ideal to surf the net or keep in touch with friends, family or for business. The Computer has been specially set up to allow Guests access. Finally, the luxurious sectional sofa in the Den can be converted to a Queen-size sleeper if required.

Kitchen

The kitchen area, 17 feet 6 inches by 14 feet x 9 inches, is truly huge. This area and the Nook that overlooks the Pool, have attractive ceramic tiling and Window Dressings to match the adjoining Nook and kitchen decor. The Nook is another place for those family meals. Seating 6 people, the 6 ft. 6-inch by 3 ft. 6-inch Country Cottage Style table with a wooden Oak top and white distressed sturdy carved legs, makes it ideal for all meals. The table has 6 matching chairs with high backs, wide fabric seats and attractive carving. A five light Chandelier is centered over the table, which comes complete with place settings, place mats and table display. All this makes the Nook a very versatile eating place.

Bedrooms

Our 22 ft by 17.5 ft., Master Bedroom is simply stunning and enough to make your jaw drop with the sheer size and beauty. The centre piece is a magnificent four-poster King-size bed with stylish cross finials and beautiful pillows and covers. This magnificent bed is complimented by a matching mirrored dresser with deep drawers, an Armoire housing a 27-inch cable TV, DVD player, twin nightstands with lamps, telephone and a clock/radio alarm. The comfortable Chaise Longue and bed bench complete the luxurious touch.

The superb Master Bathroom has a his 'n' hers Italian marble style integrated basins set in Hartford Maple raised vanity units, with a huge dressing room lighted mirror. A roman tub, separate step-in shower and toilet, all come with luxury upgraded fittings.

A huge walk-in closet has plenty of hanging and shelf space and is ideal to store those holiday items. A built in safe to lock away those valuables and a medicine cabinet are also installed.

The second Master Bedroom also boasts a King-size bed, dresser with cable TV, twin nightstands with lamp, clock/radio/alarm and telephone. Luxurious furnishings, match the style of the room, adding elegance and true beauty. The walk-in closet has plenty of hanging space and shelving. The Master Bathroom is in the same style as the Principal Master with mirrored vanity basin but has a step-in shower/bath and toilet.

A third Master Bedroom is on the ground floor and has a Queen bed. Again, luxuriously furnished with ample closet space, twin nightstands, a dresser, cable TV and walk-in closet space. The Master bathroom like the second King above has a mirrored vanity basin, step-in shower/bath and toilet.

All Master Suites have super-soft mattresses matching covers, linens and window dressings.

The two Twin bedrooms are perfect for adults or kids, as each have 2 adult size twin beds, night-stand and lamp, dresser with cable TV, and walk-in closet space. Both share a 4th family bathroom with his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, toilet and bath/shower.

Games Room

In addition to the entertainment mentioned above, Treasure Trove has a fully equipped Games Room. Try out the Pool Table, Foosball Table, Air Hockey Table or Electronic Darts Board or just sit on one of the 3 comfy bistro chairs by the bistro table whilst sipping that drink and watch others compete.

Pool Deck Area

Open the Patio Doors and step into our fabulous, spacious Pool Area. Treasure Trove has a unique Pool layout with a number of extra features built into the villa's specification:

The sparkling sun-drenched South Facing Pool has been extended to 30 ft. x 15 ft. With optional heating and depths ranging from 3 ft. to 5 ft., it is a must anytime of the year. When it gets too hot, why not sit on the special bench just below the water and cool off, whilst sipping a cool drink. Steps that lead into the pool from the shallow end provide a safe entry for young and not so young alike to safely try out the pool. For an evening dip, the underwater pool lighting with its changing coloured lights provides a warm glow.

A solar pool cover on a reel is ideal to keep the heat in the pool. This is particularly useful overnight to retain the daytime heat whether pool heat has been chosen or not .

The extended Pool Deck, surrounding our sparkling Pool, has plenty of space for sun-bathing on the luxurious, yet comfortable, deck furniture. As the Pool Deck enjoys all day sun, there is no need to chase those rays around the deck area. The extra space afforded by the extension means no more stepping from the patio doors practically into the pool, as there is a huge space to arrange the deck furniture to suit individual needs, with or without the child safety fencing.

Like the extended Deck and Pool, the Terrace/Lanai is a builder's upgrade and not only provides extra deck space but also offers some shade for people who prefer not to remain in the sun too long yet wish to have all the benefits of being outside. The Terrace/Lanai is ideal for dining al-fresco with friends or family or just for enjoying a few drinks whilst watching more active people make use of the pool and deck.

The whole areas is equipped with comfortable top grade deck furniture plus an array of pool 'toys' and an electric pump that is available to blow up those air items, saving on the lung power.


A Caribbean King 7-Person Hot Tub/Spa that comfortably accommodates seven adults has just been installed. With 28 hydrotherapy jets: nine small whirly jets, four directional jets, six dual rotator jets, four power neck massage jets, two massage jets, one ozone jet, one volcano jet, and one whirlpool jet, it is just right to soothe away the stresses of the day or just relax whilst sipping a drink and catching up with news with friends or family.

Treasure Trove overlooks a conservation spill pond and has villas either side. For privacy we have planted around the entire pool screen with an assortment of shrubs.


Pool Safety

The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms. We have also added a Charlie Bar for added security. The Hot Tub also has a customised cover with child-proof locks.

All prices for the period requested, INCLUDE Florida Taxes of 13%. Should pool heat be requested outside the recommended period (October to April), this will be charged at $182 per week OR £100. The Hot Tub/Spa heat is FREE for bookings of 7 nights or more.
Departure Cleaning is free for bookings of 7 nights or more. FREE use of of the gas BBQ grill. FREE baby equipment for bookings of 14 nights or more and includes cot/crib, highchair, stroller, stairgate, car seat/infant carrier
