Location Description
Lake Wilson Preserve is located just off the 532, Champions Gate Exit from the I4 South from Orlando International Airport. Driving distance only 27 minutes. We are pleased to offer our Guests Express Check-in which enables you to go directly to the villa without having to collect keys from elsewhere after travelling all day or night. You will be given an access code for your visit which eliminates the keys completely!
The community is conveniently placed next to Reunion Resort & Championsgate Golf Club offering some of the best Golf in Florida.
Disney World Theme Parks are only 10 minutes away.
If you wish to get away from it all, fabulous beaches such as Clearwater & St. Petes are no more than an hour away!
Champions Gate is very close by & offers excellent Restaurants, boutiques & convenience stores. Publix supermarket, pizza hut, dunkin donuts & a Chinese Restaurant are close by and there is a very convenient Seven Eleven petrol station and CVS Pharmacy store just around the corner.

Non breakable glasswear for pool area usage.
Dining Area
Spacious open plan dining area with additional seating with the breakfast bar area and comfy loveseat.
Fantastic views looking out over the conservation area whilst dining!

Master King Bedroom with HDTV and HD Channels & phone, ensuite & private Balcony overlooking the conservation area. Padded loungers to enhance your relaxation.
2nd Queen Room upstairs with TV , (3rd) Double bedroom & further (4th) twin bedroom with shared Family Bathroom. All bedrooms have a tv.
Downstairs (5th) Twin bedroom with TV/DVD and bathroom opposite.
2 x folding crib / cot / playpen. Own cot bedding required for your babies comfort please.
Games Room
Red, White & Blue, Equipped with full size slate bed Pool Table and over table lighting.
Full size Air Hockey & Foosball Table.
Wall fans have been added for your comfort.
Cable tv in games room.
Pool Deck Area
Oversized 28ft Pool with hand rails for easy access to the pool and hot tub, plus extended Deck area. Integrated Hot tub. Cushioned patio furniture. Covered lanai with fan & lighting for Alfresco dining enhancement.
The Villa is set in a conservation area with beautiful lake view. For your added convenience there is a poolside Bathroom with shower.Outdoor grill will be placed outside of pool deck area, thank you.
Amenities
There are 2 Cribs / playpens readily available.
All local telephone calls are Free of Charge. There is a facility to make long distance calls.Please advise if you DO NOT require a highchair for your stay, thank you.
You will ALWAYS have details of whom to contact in an emergency as 'Tranquil Rest' is maintained by a Management Company close by.
The Villa will be cleaned thoroughly before your arrival & all towels & linens are provided.
Operating instructions are provided for every appliance in the villa.
There are even tuppaware storage containers provided - ready for a relaxing day at the Beach! Together with cool box and Beach Parasol.
Our Management Company have a fantastic team working for them and they are always happy to help you.
We provide a Meet & Greet Service and A representative will meet you upon arrival at the Villa to Welcome you and answer any questions you may have.
You will find a welcome pack upon arrival for that long awaited cup of tea.
