Location Description

Located just of Highway 27, Calabay Pacr at Tower Lake is a beautiful private gated community of luxury pool homes. All homes have their own covered private pools with plenty of off-street parking. Work is currently underway for the clubhouse which will sit above the lake, a focal point of the community.

The location is ideal, being 15 minutes away from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal. As a further bonus, the route to the parks avoids the busy and congested 192, which makes for a stress-free drive to and from the parks.

Also, there is a Walmart, Winn Dixie and many restaurants 2 minutes away.

If golf is your thing, there are a host of courses close by, including Southern Dunes which is 2 minutes away.

Living Area

The living room is at the heart of the villa and as such, is a relaxing & comfortable place to be. The living area is open plan to the kitchen and features an amazing view of the pool.

For your entertainment, there is a HDTV with full HD Digital cable access and a Playtstaion 3 with a selection of Blu-Ray movies & games. Free English Premiership matches are also included free of charge

There is seating for 7 people and the sofa doubles as a queen size bed!

Kitchen

The kitchen is well appointed and comes with everything you'll need to make you feel at home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, cooker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and belnder. All crockery & utensils are included too.

The kitchen is spacious and bright, with open-plan access to the living room and dining area.

Dining Area

The dinig area is situated just off the kitchen and den and has seating for 6 people. It is light and airy and is a nice place to have a bite to eat before a hard day's shopping or at the parks.

Bedrooms

There are 4 bedrooms at the villa - 2 master bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. All have TV, DVD and cable. The linen has been uprgaded to provide an extra amount of comfort to your stay.

The main master bedroom is well-appointed and has an amazing ensuite bathroom with bath, twin sinks, huge shower and separate WC. There is a door out ot the lanai.

The seond master is also well-appointed and has a nice ensuite with a shower, sink and WC. There is also a door out ot the lanai.

The 1st twin room is relaxing and comfortable. There are 2 beds and a double wardrobe.

The 2nd twin bedroom is Disney Themed for the young (and young at heart). The TV and DVD are Spongebob themed too!

Games Room

The games room is a real feature of the villa and you'll while away a good few hours here. This is not your average painted-floor garage with a pool table stuck in the middle.
Wehave spent a lot of time to gett his right. It features carpeted, floor, painted walls, pool tbale, foosball, air hockey, darts, board games and a table & chairs.

Pool Deck Area

The beautiful L-shaped pool is completed by the covered lanai with ceiling fan, extended 14ft X 14ft patio area with 4 sun loungers to help top up your tan, spa, table & 6 chairs and for peace of mind, a removale safety fence around the pool.

At night, the pool and spa can be illuminated to add an extra bit of magic to your stay.

Both the pool and spa can be heated if required.
