The Palms is a luxurious 4 bedroom Villa which can accommodate up to 8 people. Located in the Orange Tree community, it is situated just 15 minutes from Disney World.
Location Description
'The Palms' is a private luxurious 4 bedroom fully air conditioned Villa, accommodating up to 8 people and based in the prestigious Orange Tree community in Clermont. Ideally situated for Central Orlando and just 15 minutes from the Disney attractions and just a short drive to Sea World, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure

Living Area
Fully air-conditioned with all modern facilities. The lounge has a vaulted ceiling with plenty of natural lighting and comfortable seating, where after a long day enjoying the local attractions you can relax in front of our 42" LED Flat screen with Cable television and DVD
One of the two settees can convert into a comfortable Queen sized bed if required. There is access from the lounge to the pool and extensive patio area via patio doors.
There is WiFi throughout the Villa.
Kitchen
The kitchen / breakfast area consists of a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and all other modern convieniences expected from a luxury Villa.
It also features a table with 4 chairs and a breakfast bar with 2 stools.
Dining Area
The separate formal dining table has a glass top and would seat six adults comfortably. Ideal for those dinner parties in the evening.
Bedrooms
The Villa has four spacious bedrooms two of which are Master bedrooms, both with ensuite facilities.
The first Master bedroom has a King size bed, Cable TV, a double walk in shower unit, his and hers sinks and a large roman tub.
The second Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, Cable TV and en suite facilities.
There are two further twin bedrooms, both with Cable TV, which share a bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a play station. (All linen and towels provided)
Games Room
The double garage houses a full size 8 foot, quality pool table a full size table football, a table tennis table with bats, a traditional dart board with darts and an electronic dartboard. There is also a 32" TV with Cable television, DVD and WII Station
We have provided 4 tennis rackets and balls, a basketball and football for use at the recreation area which is close to the Villa.
Pool Deck Area
The large 30ft x 15ft swimming pool is so inviting you will not want to leave it. For your peace of mind there is a child safety screen to keep the little ones well away from the water. The screen is not intrusive and can be removed if you so require.
We have provided a Patio table with 8 chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast as the sun comes up or alternatively just to eat el-fresco in the evening whilst being calmed by the fibre-optic Pool lighting.
You will also find plenty of lounge seating to ensure that you can soak up the warm Florida sun or just relax and read a book.
Outside the pool deck is a large 400 square foot paved patio area with a patio table and 4 chairs, ideal for those informal BBQ's. The rear of the property is totally enclosed with a 8 foot fence to ensure your complete privacy.
Amenities
If you are a keen golfer you will find the Villa is ideally situated close to 25 Golf courses, including the famous Champions Gate Golf Complex.
As a temporary resident of Orange Tree, you will be afforded access to the wide range of facilities on the development such as the Basketball court, Tennis court, Soccer pitch and kiddies play park, all just a short stroll from the Villa.
