This 4 bedroom home has 2 bathrooms, new carpet and tile, is freshly painted, has brand new furniture, a private pool, a Jacuzzi, new furnishings in all of the bedrooms, a game room with brand new pool table, foosball table and dart board, internet access, a new BBQ, and a playstation 3.

Living Area
Vacations are all about spending time as a family, and this house has the PERFECT living room to do that.
The TV is a 55" flat screen, and there are SO MANY MOVIES to choose from! You can have a family movie night, every night!
There is also a playstation 3 for the gamers in the family!
There is plenty of room to sit, and the furniture is top of the line and VERY comfortable! There are also board games like Life and Monopoly!
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has every cup, plate and utensil you'll need to make meals at home.
Dining Area
There is a breakfast nook AND a formal dining area, so everyone can sit together at meal time!
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed, and the room is decorated so tastefully with tropical accents. You'll really feel like you've been transported to a private, tropical island! The master bedroom has a flat screen TV, private bathroom with a garden tub AND a shower, and sliding glass doors that lead from the bedroom to the private pool.
The Queen bedroom is also decorated in tropical accents, and has a flat screen TV.
The third bedroom has tile, two twin beds, and a Mickey Mouse sports theme. The kids will enjoy having their own space, with two chairs "just their size" and a flat screen TV.
The fourth bedroom has a day bed, and its own secluded patio!
Games Room
Brand new pool table, foosball table and dart board for family fun in the games room.
Pool Deck Area
The private pool and patio will be a family favorite as well!
The backyard is fully fenced in, so don't worry about sharing your vacation with rear neighbors!
There is a BBQ with patio furniture, so dinners by the pool are a total possibility! Soak up the sun in this beautiful pool, or relax after a long day at the parks in the hot tub.
Amenities
Indian Ridge Oaks is one of our most popular developments; its only 3 or 4 miles from Disney World, plus very close to shopping and dining. It still manages to stay quiet for those nice evenings poolside (other than hearing some fireworks in the distance).
It has amenities to offer such as community pool, tennis courts, and a kiddie playground. The streets are lined with Florida-style homes and even though you may only be here for a couple of days, while you’re here, it will feel like home.
