Location Description
Our Luxury 5 bedroom villa is built on a Premium Site looking onto a consevation area on the Community of Orange Tree. It is in the perfect location just 8 MILES FROM DISNEY and close to the other major attractions on the I-27 just 2 miles from the junction of the 192.

Living Area
We have a spacious living area with ample seating for 10 to 12 people. There are views through the set of patio doors onto the pool and patio area. You will find all of the comforts of home available for your use including a Cable TV a stereo system and DVD/Video Player.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equiped with Electric Cooker, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Liquidizer etc
Dining Area
The formal dining room is an ideal place to enjoy your evening after your visits to the parks and attractions of Orlando.
There may be times when you will prefer to use one of the two less formal areas to eat. There is the nook furnished with table and chairs, and a lanai which is also equipped with table and chairs.
Bedrooms
The Master Bedroom accommodates a beautiful King size sliegh bed,computer with internt and cable TV. Their is a large en-suite bathroom with a large corner shower, bathtub, two separate handbasins and w.c. From this en-suit there is access to the pool area.
The second Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed,cable TV It also has its own en-suite bathroom which has a bath, toilet, hand basin and shower. This bathroom also has access to the pool area.
The third Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed,Cable TV and this Bedroom also has its own en-suit bathroom.
There are two further twin bedrooms each accommodating two single beds one with a play station 2
and both have cable TV. These rooms have a shared bathroom.
Games Room
The games room has plenty to keep you and your children busy with 7ft Pool Table, Full Size Table Tennis Table, Fuss Ball Table, Air Hockey and Three in One Games Table.
Pool Deck Area
The pool area is south facing and captures the Florida sunshine from early morning until dusk. There is a large 30ft x 15ft pool and a refreshing spa. If the sun gets too hot you can sit under the shade of the lanai and relax while looking onto the Consevation View.
Amenities
Apart from the games room within the villa. Orange Tree Community also offers a Tennis Court, Basket Ball and a Kiddies Play Area. We are close to many good Golf Courses and for those that fish there is a Nature Researve just down the road.
