Location Description

This Luxury Florida villa has mature Orange trees to the rear and is on the I-27 just 2 miles from the 192 junction and is in the perfect location just 8 MILES FROM DISNEY and close to the other major attractions. We have several shpos close by including a Walmart. There are also several good Golf corses close by and a Nature Reserve just up the road if you like to fish.

FAMILY ROOM
The spacious family room is great for spending time with the family. There are views through the third set of patio doors onto the pool and patio area. You will find all of the comforts of home available for your use including a cable TV a stereo system and a Play Station 2.

LIVING ROOM
This living area is the perfact place to relax with no TV or Stereo Sytem.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you should need. Dish washer, microwave, electric cooker, coffe maker, toaster right down to a orange sqeezer for those freshly picked oranges from the orage trees found at the rear of the villa.

Dining Area

DINING AREAS
The formal dining room is an ideal place to enjoy your evening after your visits to the parks and attractions of Orlando.
There may be times when you will prefer to use one of the two less formal areas to eat. There is the nook furnished with table and chairs, which has another set of patio doors leading to the pool area and finally there is the large lanai which is also equipped with table and chairs.

Bedrooms

BEDROOMS
The Master Bedroom accommodates a beautiful King size sliegh bed,computer with internt and cable TV. There is a lovely view through the patio doors to the superb 30ft X 15ft pool and patio area. There is a large walk in closet, leading to the exquisite en-suite bathroom with a large corner shower, bathtub, two separate handbasins and w.c.

The second Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed,cable TV and the view from the window is onto the Orange Grove. It also has its own en-suite bathroom and large closet.

There are two further twin bedrooms each accommodating two single beds one with a play station 2
and both have cable TV. These rooms have a shared bathroom.

Games Room

Our games room is not to be missed. We have 7' Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, Fuss ball, Air Hockey and a three in one games table.

Pool Deck Area

The pool area is south west facing and captures the Florida sunshine from dawn until dusk when it sets behind the orange trees. There is a large 30ft x 15ft pool and a refreshing spa. If the sun gets too hot you can sit under the shade of the extensive lanai.

Amenities

Besides having your own games room and pool and spa the Community of Orange Tree also has Tennis Courts for which we supply Tennis Rackets, Base Ball Cort and a Kiddies Play Area.

BOOK EARLY TO AVOID DISAPOINTMENT

Pool and Spa heating are available for an additional £100 / $160 per week.
Spa only heating available for additional £35 / $60 per week.

Stays of less than seven nights will incur a house cleaning charge of £55 / $85.

To make a booking we require a deposit of £100 / $150 for each week booked.
