Our luxury, privately owned villa is located in Rotonda, a residential community in Charlotte County in South West Florida.
Location Description
Rotonda West is part of the small town of Englewood on the Gulf Coast of Florida; midway between Sarasota to the north and Fort Myers to the south.
Rotonda West is primarily a residential community interspersed with rental houses

Living Area
Our carpeted lounge has full sliding doors onto the pool deck.
Cable TV, DVD and CD player available along with ample seating.
The property has a separate den with a sofa, computer desk, you just need to take a laptop to use the Wi-Fi. Books and games for adults and children available.
Kitchen
Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and cooker. All cooking and eating implements provided.
Separate utility area with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Dining Area
Table to seat six comfortably in the dining area which overlooks the pool.
French doors and full sliding doors to the pool deck area
Bedrooms
Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with full bath, walk-in shower and twin basins. Slding doors to the pool deck, TV supplied.
Second bedroom with full sliding doors to the pool deck, TV and DVD player supplied.
Third bedroom with twin beds and TV.
Family bathroom between bedrooms two and three with full bath and shower.
Pool Deck Area
30ft pool within a 50ft pool cage with ample outdoor furniture and gas barbecue.
Pool deck overlooks a freshwater canal. Plots eitherside of the villa are undeveloped; one plot in our ownership.

Other Rental Charges Information
£150.00 per week or part week payable at the time of booking as a non-refundable deposit.
Balance due 8 weeks before commencement of the rental period to include a security deposit of £200.00 which will be returned two weeks after the end of the rental period subject to a satisfactory report from our management company.
All rental fees include Florida taxes, cleaning of the villa and gas for the barbecue.
