Location Description

In a quiet, tree lined, residential street, the Villa is fantastically located just off the US Highway 27, only 1/2 mile south of the intersection with the Western end of Interstate 192. Both the US 27 and I192 intersect the Interstate 4 which runs from the east to the west coasts of Florida. This gives great access to all of Orlando’s attractions, to both Atlantic & Gulf coasts, and to the rest of Florida.
The villa is:
* Only 9 miles from Disney!

* Sea World, Universal Studios & Wet and Wild are located, conveniently, just off the I4.

* Besides the many Theme Parks, Orlando & the surrounding area has non-stop nightlife, plenty of shopping and great food!

* Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa & Daytona beaches are just over an hours drive away on the Atlantic Coast. To the West, the Gulf coast, Tampa and it’s beaches & St Petersburg are about an hours drive from the villa.

* Just a short distance from the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s attractions, several destinations offer back-to-nature experiences and also old town charm. - Mount Dora is the antiques capital of Florida, Barlow for antiques and other treasures.

Living Area

The Living area is fully carpeted and has a ceiling fan, sofas and armchair. Cable TV & DVD player are provided. There is also an open plan dining area with table & chairs. There is wireless internet access and broadband cable connection.

Kitchen

The kitchen has all you will need – cooker, microwave, frig/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher & garbage disposal. There is also a breakfast table and chairs.

Bedrooms

There are 4 bedrooms -2 double and 2 twins - sleeping 8 people.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom cable TV. electric alarm clock and a ceiling fan. There is a walk in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, cable TV and ceiling fan.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 each have twin single beds.

Pool Deck Area

The pool is heated by Solar Panel and completely covered by an insect cage. There is a pool light and also a patio light and fan for the evenings. Patio tables, chairs and loungers are also provided. There are various pieces of pool floaters etc., which have been left by our visitors.

Amenities

The villa is fully air-conditioned. Has a utility room with washer, drier, iron and ironing board. There is plenty of towels and linen provided.
We really believe that we have provided everything you will need for an anxiety free holiday. We even provide a welcome pack to get you started in the villa.

There is a deli at the petrol station about 2 minutes drive from the villa. Wal-Mart is only a couple of miles away just off the US27.
Smoking is not permitted in the villa, but is permitted in the pool area (or if wet, in the garage)

The beautiful Lake Davenport is nearby. The lake is surrounded by orange groves. There is a tennis court, heated swimming pool, childrens playground and picnic area near the lake.

Polo Park East Golf Club is a couple of minutes drive - but mind the golf carts! Polo Park Golf club is on the opposite side of the US27! Both are 9 hole golf clubs. There are 2 18 hole clubs nearby. The nearest is the famous Championship Highland Reserve course.
About 12 miles away along the I192 is the town of Celebration which is where The Truman Show was filmed. The Celebration Golf Club, which is in the top 3 of Florida's golf courses, has been host to many prestigious National and International events. The club is only a few minutes from Disney and offers a wide range of golf learning programs for golfers of all ages and abilities!

Don't miss the Parade of vehicles at Old Town (on the I192). There are Motor Cycles on Thursday evenings and old cars Friday and Saturday evenings.

Restaurants and shopping can be found a few minutes drive along the I192.
