Location Description
Situated off US 192 in the heart of Kissimmee. The villa is 10 mins from Disney World and Sea World and 20 mins from Universal Studios.
Orlando International Airport is 30 mins away.
Within walking distance is a very large Walmart Superstore and a host of shopping outlets and restaurants are within easy reach. Medieval Times, a dining event is just around the corner.
Bella Vida is a very relaxing resort whilst being surrounded by many exciting experiences like sailing,horse riding,golf,flying and of course the magnificent theme parks which Orlando is famous for.

Living Area
Consists of 2 settees, which one is a pull-out to sleep the 9th and 10th persons. Coffee tables and side tables matching the television cabinet housing the 26" flat screen LCD television with satellite/cable. WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION, Music system for cds, radio. Air conditioning and a lovely ceiling fan.
The living area has double sliding doors out onto the lania and pool area.
Kitchen
Fitted kitchen with centre island with bar stools matching the coffee and side tables in lounge and also the Dining table. You will find all you need in this lovely kitchen to cook your family a meal or snack. Cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with drinks and ice dispenser, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. All cutlery, crockery, glassware including unbreakable crockery for pool area. Cooking utensils. Telephone for incoming calls.
Dining Area
Large square Dining table to seat 8 persons with centre light over table. A high chair can be found in the garage for your little one to enjoy sitting at the table with you.
Bedrooms
3 Double, 1 Twin with bunk beds and a cot/playpen for the youngest of the family. All bedrooms are air conditioned, and have ceiling fans except the Twin room with bunk beds. All bedrooms have televisions with satellite/cable.
All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with seperate chest drawers and bedside cabinets with lamps. 2 Double rooms have en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are carpeted
Games Room
Fully carpeted games room with 7ft pool table,table football and dart board. Childs Stroller,travelcot/playpen, baby bouncer and highchair can be found here for your use.
Pool Deck Area
Lania with chairs, table and loungers and ceiling fan to keep you cool during the very hot days and evenings. 30ft x 13ft SOUTH facing pool and spa overlooking lovely wooded conservation area. You can rent a barbeque from the resort at a small charge per week with gas included and delivery and collection in price
Amenities
Bella Vida Resort has a manned gated entrance with a drive way to a lovely fountain in the middle of a roundabout leading to the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse has FREE internet access and FREE GYM with a large television lounge. Outside relax at the large community pool and spa, while the children or adults play volleyball, basketball or play in the tots playground or have a stroll around the italian garden and finish with a snack in the picnic area overlooking the lake.
You can also enjoy the walking or cycling trails.
