Location Description
The Palms is situated in Lake Davenport Estates. This is a quiet community situated just off highway 27 on the south west side of Orlando. As well as being close enough to Disney and the other theme parks, it is also just 35 minutes from the international airport and is served by an excellent Publix supermarket just under a mile away. There is a 24 hour Walmart just 5 minutes away.
Davenport Lakes itself has its own facilities including a communal swimming pool, tennis court, childrens' play area and basketball court.

Living Area
Family Room
Spacious and light with patio doors leading to the pool. This room has plenty of comfortable seating and is light and airy. One of the settees converts into a double bed. There is a library, videos and books and a 60 channel cable TV. We also provide a DVD player, radio cassette and video player for our guests. As with all other areas inside the villa, it is strictly no smoking.
Living Room
The living room is at the front of the villa. It has plenty of comfortable seating and coffee table and is pleasant and welcoming. The room stays cool throughout the day as it is north facing
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with a fridge, freezer, ice-maker, dish washer, oven, grill, hob, and garbage disposer. There is also a breakfast area with seating for 4. The villa has washing facilities, inthe adjacent laundry room, with an automatic washing machine and tumble drier
Dining Area
There is a large dining table which provides luxury seating for six. We also provide a child's high chair.cot/crib plus stroller
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom
The Master bed room is fully furnished containing a queen size bed, Italian furniture, and TV. There is also a babies cot if required. The adjoining en-suite has a large separate shower enclosure, bath and vanity facilities. There is also a large walk-in cloakroom.
Bedroom 2 has a double sized bed and is also furnished to a high standard with vanity facilities. A pleasant bright and cheerful room.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 contain two large single beds, and overlook the swimming pool. These bedrooms are warm and comfortable. A crib/cot is available at no extra charge for our very young guests.
Pool Deck Area
The large screened pool is situated at the rear of the villa. It is solar heated and not overlooked at the back. There is a plentiful supply of pool furniture, loungers and a parasol. All pool towels are provided for you.
Amenities
All towels are provided both for the pool and for the bathrooms. The villa is air-conditioned with central heating for the cooler months of the year. All bed linen is provided. There is also a telephone which provides free local calls. The master bedroom ensuite bathroom has wc, bath and shower plus vanity facilities. The second bathroom has a wc, and a bath with shower. There is a hairdryer.
We also provide push chairs / strollers for our younger guests to save you bringing one with you.
The premises are in an ideal holiday location and highly recommended for young and senior guests. We wish our guests to enjoy their stay in our home but we would request that they do not smoke on the premises or bring pet animals to the premises. Infirm guests should have easy access due to the villa being a single level home, with spacious living accommodation. The property also contains a laundry room, with a large washing machine, and a separate drying machine. Ironing facilities are also available.
