Location Description

If you are a golfing enthusiast there are many superb course in the local area, these include five on Rotonda; The Palms & The Hills forming the Rotonda Golf & Country Club, The Links, Pinemoor West Golf Club & Long Marsh which is part of the Lemon Bay Golf Club.

Rotonda has many breathtaking white superb beaches. Approx 10 minutes from our villa is Englewood beach (Manasota Key).

Gasparilla Island & Boca Grand is approx 20 minutes drive from our villa.

A nature preserve “Stump Pass” and “Middle Beach” is approx 10 minutes from our villa.

Close by towns include Naples, Sarasota, Sanibel Island and Siesta Key.

If you are looking for Local restaurants there are many to choose from offering various types of cuisine.

Pool Deck Area

There is a large glass table and seating for six plus two sun loungers set on the lanai for outdoor dining and a gas BBQ. The heated pool is is south facing so gets the sun all day, private and not overlooked.

You can reach the shops within a two minute drive.

Close by are two of the local supermarkets, Publix (found at the junction of 776 & 771) and Winn Dixie (found on 776 at the Sunnybrook junction)

The Rotonda Area is surrounded by 72 holes of golf.

Three hours drive northeast is Orlando and four hours to the southwest is Florida Keys.

Port Charlotte (15 minutes by car) for shopping this area holds a large shopping mall.

Why not try a leisurely walk on a deserted beach or an afternoon round of golf?

Why not try dinner overlooking the bay.

All rentals include general utility charges i.e. water, electricity, (local) telephone calls, after stay standard cleaning charges, and the 12 % Charlotte County Taxes which are chargeable on all rentals. Also the support services of our local Management Company subject to the Booking Terms.

Notes On Prices: Discounts Available on Long Term Rentals

Optional electric pool heating during winter period - preferred during October to March, is UKŁ56 per week.
