Ideally located just off Highway 27 at its junction with Highway 192 our luxury villa is only 10 minutes from Disney and within easy reach of other major attractions including Universal Studios, Seaworld and Epcot. There are several Golf Courses within 15 minutes. Major stores nearby include Publix, Winn-Dixie, Wallgreens and High Grove is just 0.5 miles from Super Wal-mart. There is an excellent selection of restaurants nearby, or conveniently located along Highway 192, including The Ponderosa Steak House, TGI Friday's, Sizzler's etc. It is within easy reach of Outlets, Florida Mall and other shopping Malls. Daytona Beach and Cape Canaveral are about one hour's drive away. Clearwater Beach, on the Gulf coast is about 80 mins. away. Living Area

After a busy day at the theme parks,relax in our open plan Family Area. Here you will find 3 and 2 seater sofas (one of which converts into a Queen size bed) a love seat and double rocking chair, 27 inch TV with Cable connection, DVD/CD player, board games and small selection of
DVDs.

Kitchen

Although there are numerous restaurants close by, if you would rather eat at home, there is a formal dining area and fully equipped kitchen including microwave, fridge-freezer with ice-making facilities, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is also a separate laundry room with full size washer and drier on the ground floor, so no need to take washing home!

Dining Area

Large Formal Dining Area with 6 seats, all tableware, silverware and glassware. In addition there is a Breakfast Bar seating 2 people.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are situated on the upper floor. This means that those who want an early night or to sleep-in are not disturbed by the more active!
Master Bed 1 has a King size (6ft) bed, walk-in closet, hair drier,19-inch TV with Cable connection and en-suite. The en-suite has
an oval bath, separate shower cubicle, separate WC and two washbasins.

Master Bed 2 has a Queen (5ft)size bed, 13 inch TV with Cable connection, built-in wardrobe,hair drier and direct access to the family bathroom which has a bath/shower, WC and washbasin.

There are two twin bedrooms, both with lock/radios,TVs with Cable connection and built-in
wardrobes. The villa's PC is located in the front twin bedroom.

Games Room

Unwind by playing pool, foosball or electronic darts in our GAMES Room!

Pool Deck Area

To make the most of the Florida sunshine, pool games, sunloungers, two tables, umbrella and 6 dining chairs are provided around the screened
deck area. A pool bathroom with WC and washbasin can be accessed direct from the deck area. All doors leading to the pool, including the pool bathroom, are alarmed for the safety of children.
