4 bed detached villa with private 27ft pool and spa
Location Description
Our villa is situated in the prestigious Four Corners community located off the orange grove lined Highway 27. We are only minutes from the 192 and Interstate 4, making Disney and all the attaractions of Orlando within easy reach.
Several award winning golf courses are within a 10 minute drive – the nearest course being less than 2 miles away. The gates of Disney are only 10 minutes away.

Living Area
The open plan living area is furnished to a high standard, providing 2 lounge areas. The cable TV provides over 100 channels along with a DVD player and VCR.
Kitchen
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a formal family dinner or a quick snack to be taken at the pool. Included are a dishwasher, microwave, cooker/oven, fridge-freezer with ice-making facility, coffee maker and various small appliances. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are included along with non-breakable items for use at the pool.
Dining Area
The formal dining table comfortably seats 6 and there are 4 stools at the kitchen island. The deck table is furnished with unbreakable plates and beakers for dining around the pool.
Bedrooms
Our large master suite contains a king size sleigh bed, cable TV, radio and telephone. The en-suite facility has a large tub and separate walk-in shower. There is a large walk-in dressing room.
Second bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV and fitted closets.
There are 2 additional twin bedded rooms each with walk-in closets.
Games Room
Games room has table football (foosball) air hockey and table tennis.
Pool Deck Area
The covered pool area has loungers and deck furniture. The pool has a safety fence and the access doors are alarmed for additional safety
There is a 27ft free form pool and a bubbling spa. These can be heated if required, at an additional cost. Pool heat is recommended October - March. The cost is $20/£12 per day.

Bookings of less than 5 nights will incur a cleaning charge of £50/$80
A refundable security deposit of £150/$250 per week is required.
The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival please.
The villa will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival. Check-out is at 10am on your day of departure. Late check-out can be requested prior to booking.
