Formosa Gardens Estate is ideally located just off Hwy 192 just 2 miles from Disney and only 2 minutes from Formosa Shopping Village, which boasts a number of excellent family restaurants, shops and a
walk in clinic.
Set in a third of an acre with extensively landscaped gardens and mature palm trees, this spacious (4.000 sq. ft.) luxury home has been professionally furnished and decorated to the highest of standards and enjoys many upgraded facilities including tiling throughout the living area and a beautiful fitted kitchen with top quality Corian worktops.

Living Area

The family room is the heart of home and here you will be able to sink into the oversized settee with its deep plush cushions and settle in comfort to relax and enjoy the most fantastic home cinema system with its high quality six speaker surround sound. To further enhance your watching pleasure we have included a TIVO digital receiver/recorder a multi region DVD Player (more than 40 DVD’s supplied) and to top it all the very latest high resolution 50” Plasma display TV.

Other features of the room include the purpose built home entertainment center, outstanding planting displays, striking framed pictures and window treatments. For added comfort there is also a variable speed ceiling fan.

Large double French windows with side lights lead out onto the lanai and the extensive pool deck.

Kitchen

The kitchen is not only spacious and fully equipped, but is also fitted out to the highest of standards with best quality Corian counter tops and high quality units and appliances allowing you to prepare anything from a simple welcoming drink to a more elaborate meal.

One twin bedroom with bunk beds both with single bed above and full bed below (Sleeps 6) with adjacent bathroom.

Games Room

This room is really a great place to chill out.

The 8ft Pool table which also doubles as a snooker table is manufactured to the highest standard with a 1" slate base and perfect levels. Pool and Snooker Balls are supplied together with full size cues. There is also a 7ft Air Hockey table as well as an electronic Dart board.

The room has a flat screen LCD television with It’s own “Direct tv” Receiver as well as a Play Station 2.

There is also a selection of board games and variety of books to read.

Please note : The exercise equipment has been removed to provide more space and comfort.

Pool Deck Area

The pool area is fully enclosed by a massive 60' x 28' Florida fly screen. The fly screen allows the sun to shine through, while keeping the insects and bugs out. Privacy hedging, large palm trees and a rear wall offer complete seclusion from neighbouring homes.

The pool is offset in the deck allowing plenty of room around the pool area and the large 38'x16' pool has steps and a separate heated spa that can seat up to eight people. The three large interior planting areas around the deck help to maintain that feeling of luxury and well being.

Both the pool and the spa can be illuminated and heated and children's safety alarms and pool screen are added features.
