Open living room with 37' TV, DVD player and CD player. The floor has been upgraded to tile, so any spills are not a worry. Sliding glass doors open up onto the lani. Air Conditioned, ceiling fans in living area, bedrooms and lani.
Kitchen
Kitchen has seating 4, upgraded stainless steel appliances, fridge has filtered water and ice maker for your convenience. Fully equiped with anything you need to make that perfect meal, no need to go out. 2 stools at breakfast bar too.
Dining Area
Dining area has a table with seating up for 8. This is also upgraded with tile, so spills are not a problem.
Bedrooms
5 bedrooms, 2 queen masters with en suite bathroom,both have 19" TV's, 1 bedroom double bed,1 twin bedroom with 15" TV and DVD player, 1 convertible queen bed,with desk, computer, printer and telephone for your use.
Pool Deck Area
Pool is under a screened in location,and is 15x30 oversized with spa. Also has a child safety fence, table and chairs to eat outdoors, lounge chairs for sunbathing and toys for all ages to use in the pool. Need a float it's there for you.

1 37 inch flatscreen TV and DVD player. 2 19inch flatscreen TV's and 1 15inch TV with DVD player. Washer and Dryer, computer, printer, telephone for local calling.Stroller, highchair, golf clubs and can accomadate bed for child.DVD's books,games and toys.
