Location Description
High grove is a beautiful and small gated community which is quiet and tranquill, allowing you to unwind from the busy day spent at the theme parks. Situated on a large corner plot with a southwest screened pool and spa it enjoys many hours of sunshine. There is a spacious lanai for relaxed alfresco dining and four poolside sun loungers.
It is located on US 27 at the end of US 192 and being close to the 1 4 and SR 429 (toll) it allows an easy 30 minute drive to Orlando International Airport or 45 minutes to Sanford.
On site facilities at High Grove include a fantastic clubhouse fitness Suite, pool table, social area, Conference room and a large communal pool.
Walt Disney World is only 15 minutes away via the SR 429 and Disney’s Western Way, taking you directly onto Buena Vista Drive near Blizzard Beach and Animal Kingdom. The other main attractions such as Universal, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Islands of Adventure (including Harry Potter) and International drive are all close by.
There are several golf courses just a few minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions Gate, plus over 20 more within a 20 mile radius.
High Grove is very close to numerous supermarkets including Wal-mart (24 hours), banks, shops,bars, diners and restaurants.

Living Area
Formal lounge with black leather suite.
Family room with a large comfortable suite consisting of a three seater sofa, a two seater sofa and a large armchair. Cable TV, a DVD player, DVD'S, Books and Wi-Fi internet access. DVD'S may also be hired from the clubhouse.
The house is air conditioned and controlled using the panel on the lounge wall.
Access to the pool through alarmed patio doors is either through the lounge or dining room.
Kitchen
The large kitchen has a full range of cookware and tableware for a minimum of 10. Full size oven, grill and hob, microwave, large fridge freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender. Breakfast bar. Large pantry. Telephone.
Washing machine, tumble dryer andironing facitlies are located in a seperate room. All linen and house towels are provided.
Dining Area
Extendable dining table and chairs next to the kitchen.
Alarmed patio doors lead to the lanai for outside dining and pool area. The lanai includes a fan in case the florida evenings prove too hot.
Bedrooms
All the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor and all have draw chests, built in wardrobes, clothes hangers, towels and spare bedding.
Bedroom 1 with king size bed, TV, easy chair and telephone. Large en-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with oval bath, huge walk-in shower, his and hers sinks, vanity units, mirror, hairdryer, linen cupboard and separate WC.
Bedroom 2 with a queen size bed.
Bathroom 2 is in-between bedrooms 2 and 3 and has bath/shower over, WC, sink, mirror and hairdryer.
Bedroom 3 with a queen size bed, TV and DVD.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 with twin beds, Bedroom 4 has a Mickey Mouse theme.
Bathroom 3 is in-between bedrooms 4 and 5 and has bath/shower over, WC, sink, mirror and hairdryer.
Ground floor cloakroom with WC, sink and mirror.
Games Room
The double garage has painted floor and a ping pong table for your enjoyment.
The community clubhouse is manned from 8am to 8pm and has a pool table, various electronic games, large swimming pool, spa, small gym, children’s play area and regular activities from April to September.
Pool Deck Area
Our house has a private screened south west facing pool and spa (with optional heating) backing onto a communal grassed area. A paved deck surrounds the pool with four sun loungers for relaxation. A lanai with a patio table and six chairs is ideal for alfresco drinking and dining. Outside lighting and underwater pool lighting means that this area can be enjoyed in the day and during the evening after a busy day at the theme parks. Alarmed patio doors will also prevent small children from wandering outside unsupervised. The pool is maintained every week by our management Company, and being local they are available to assist with any queries.

Flexible changeover days. Arrival 4 pm and departure 10 am.
A non-refundable deposit of £200 will secure your booking. The full balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date. A security deposit of £200 is also required and will be refunded to you within 3 weeks of your return after our villa has been inspected by our Management Company.
