Location Description
We are situated approx 3 miles from Disney and ideally located to all of Orlando's top tourist attractions. You could pop home for lunch we are that close. We are only 2 mins from the 192 and its abundance of shops and great restaurants for you to try.

Living Area
Downstairs there is a light spacious living area with 2 sofa's, one being a double sofa bed and a TV with free cable.
There is also a downstairs toilet and vanity area.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all cutlery, utensils and cookware.
There is a utility room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for you to use. Linen and towels are supplied.
Dining Area
There is a large dining table and chairs and a breakfast bar to relax at.
There is a telephone with free local calls.
Bedrooms
It is a 3 bedroom property with the master bedroom having ensuite facilities, hairdryer, built in closet, a tv and patio doors leading to the balcony, overlooking a spacious and quiet residential area.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. Both have a built in closet and cabinet for storage space and share a large bathroom, shower and toilet.
Amenities
Emerald Island Resort is based on a conservation area and has beautiful surroundings. It is a gated community and has 24hr security and has lots of free amenities for its residents to enjoy. There are tennis courts, a volleyball court, internet café, a nature trail and play area.
There are 2 large heated outdoor pools each with a Jacuzzi, one being by the clubhouse and having its own Tikki bar, which serves drinks and snacks. There is a gym and for the children there is a games room and outside play area.

Polite notice:Emerald Island Resort does not allow RV’s, Campers, Buses, Boats or Trailers to be parked on the property. Guests may enter the Resort to unload but must leave within a one hour period. Any vehicle/trailer which exceeds the hour limit will have to be towed.
