Location Description

Royal Oasis is only 5 minutes from Disney, 10 to 15 minutes to Seaworld and Universal and conveniently located near the 192 and the I4. Excellent local shopping, restaurants, golf courses and night time entertainment are only a few minutes’ drive. Mystic Dunes, Disney Golf Courses, Champions Gate Golf Course, Celebration Golf Club and many others within 10 miles.
Florida Mall and Mall at Millenia, the two largest shopping centers in the area, are less than 15 miles from the villa. The Orange County Convention Center is only 12 miles away with easy access via the I4/SR-528.

Living Area

The home offers two living areas for you to enjoy. The living room provides a comfortable and quiet space to relax in. The family room has a wrap round sofa large enough for the whole family where they can watch their favorite shows or DVDs on the large TV with a surround sound system. A radio/CD player is also provided as well as board/card games for entertainment.

Kitchen

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen provides all you will need for your stay. Small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and electric hot plate are all here. There is a fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, stove/oven, and a washer and dryer in the utility room for your convenience

Dining Area

There are several dining areas for you to choose from. The dining room offers a more formal meal time in beautiful surroundings. The kitchenette is ideal for relaxed meals and there is always the option of dining alfresco by the pool.

Bedrooms

The villa has 6 bedrooms. Four rooms boast king size beds (three of which are four poster beds) and have their own bathrooms. The remain 2 bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have TV/DVDs, cable TV and ample cupboard space.

Games Room

The games room is fully carpeted with a full sized quality pool table and an air hocky table.

Pool Deck Area

The pool deck is larger than average with plenty of deck/lounge chairs and tables for everyone. There is a lanai for shade which also has a ceiling fan for extra comfort. From the deck or the sparkling pool (with Spa) you can watch the sun rise and set
