10/15 minutes from Disney, our large comfortable villa is in a secure gated community set amongst the lakes and orange groves of Lake County.

Location Description

Our comfortable and welcoming villa is 10 minutes from Disney's Animal Kingdom. Other pleasure parks are a tad further. Our community centre (just a few seconds walk from the villa) has 2 large pools, and one especially for toddlers, with water spouts. There is also a playground for children.
The community has facilities for tennis, badminton, basketball, volleyball, with a large football pitch where hot air balloons land.
The development is very close to many golf courses, and there is plenty of fishing and boating in the area.
Our villa is just 5 minutes from Louisa State Park, and just over an hour from both the west and east coasts of Florida.

Living Area

We have 2 living areas, which are carpeted and have ceiling fans. Both lounges have dining areas, and relaxing seating areas with couches.
The second lounge contains the kitchen area, and has the entertainment centre of the villa, ie. cable TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, books, games.

Kitchen

The kitchen has all that you would need. Plenty of cupboard space. Cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal, fridge/freezer, cutlery, china, pots and pans, etc. We also have a BBQ for your use.

Dining Area

There are 2 areas for dining, with enough seating for 10.

Bedrooms

There are 4 bedrooms: one is the master, with its king-size bed, en suite bathroom, cable TV and American lighthouse theme. The second bedroom, with its sea theme, has a queen-size bed, and cable TV. The Tinkerbell bedroom and Spiderman bedroom each have twin beds.
We also have 2 rollaway beds for those extra guests. All bedrooms have large wardrobes, are fully carpeted and have ceiling fans.

Games Room

The villa has a pool table, ping pong, foosball table, darts, + further games (some for the pool). We also have plenty of books, jigsaws.

Pool Deck Area

We have an extra large deck. The pool measures 26 x 12, and is completed covered by a cage.

There are pool beds, and a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
