Our Villa is situated on the sought after location of Southern Dunes Golf and Country club. This mix of residential and rental homes around a top class golf course offers renters a lovely area to stay with walks, tennis courts fitness rooms, childrens play areas and the Golf club house offering restaurant facilities and bar We have a large wall-mart at the entrance to the community along with other supermarkets, fast food outlets,Chemists,Banks and restaurants al on the doorstep no long travelling and some even do deliverys to the villas. Within easy reach of all Airports all attractions and both coasts in summary the perfect location for your Holiday

Living Area
We have two living areas both very spacious.. One at the fromt with a Bed settee and another large sette with occasonal tables. Also within this area we have the formal dinning table with chairs
The rear living area loking over the pool has another two settes occasional tables, HDTV,DVD player and CD Player.MP3 player and PS3 Games console
Kitchen
We have a fully fitted kitchen with all you would expect in AmErica. Cooker with rings and oven,Built in Microwave,coffe machine American Fridge /Freezer with ice maker and all pot pans utensils and crockery you could need. The safe is also located in this area access is with a key code
Dining Area
We have two eating areas the first as already described above and also a nook area with a table and four chairs for casual eating. The two living areas are seperated by a Arched opening offering two distinctive areas in the House
Bedrooms
All Beds are the best quality you can buy and therefore you will get a good nights sleep which we think is very important to any Holiday. All bedrooms have HD cable TV. The master bedroom is on one side of the House with a Queen bed,En-suite bathroom with seperate toilet,bath tub,shower and dressing area.The other three bedrooms are on the other side of the House one double with En-suite bathroom and two twins that share a bathroom. All bathrooms have baths with showers and toilets. All toileteries and towels are supplied for your use.All Bedrooms have remote controlled 3 speed fans with lights for your added comfort
Games Room
Our Games room has a FULL size pool table not a half or reduced size.We also have a Dart board,Air Hockey and TV with games console.
We have also a bar table and stools in this area.The pool table has a proper light and fan over it also.
Pool Deck Area
Our pool deck is extended and faces South West so we get the sun until dusk and in the winter months the sun is on the deck most of the day a must for any Holiday. The pool is heated all year round by our efficent Solar System which makes it ideal for children We also have a electric heat pump for the colder months if required. We have 6 loungers with side tables also a table and a further 8 chairs for your use. Our Pool deck is screened by a mature shrub hedge for your total privecey.We also have the Florida child safety fence installed if you have younger members of your family with you
Amenities
Local amenities are the Golf course,communial pools Fitness centre,Club House local fishing and other sports Essy access to the local area away from the main tourist areas if you want to see the real Florida.
