Location Description
Indian Ridge Oaks is one of our most popular developments; its only 3 or 4 miles from Disney World, plus very close to shopping and dining. It still manages to stay quiet for those nice evenings poolside (other than hearing some fireworks in the distance).
It has amenities to offer such as community pool, tennis courts, and a kiddie playground. The streets are lined with Florida-style homes and even though you may only be here for a couple of days, while you’re here, it will feel like home.

Living Area
You immediately enter the family room with a hand crafted oak pool table, dart board, gaming table, plush furniture set and television.
If you continue on through the house you'll enter the second lounge. This part of the home is where you will enjoy those quiet cozy evenings after a long hard day at the parks. There is a large sofa with double recliners to rest your feet while you watch the large 32" TV. Also you will enjoy the VCR and stereo with CD player. The lounge is the main access to the covered patio and pool area.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen is then to your right with an adjoining breakfast nook and a breakfast bar with seating for eight.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom with a king size bed is at the back of the house, with a television, and private access to the patio and the pool area.
The kids bedroom is then to your right with two sets of bunk beds. One is a twin over a twin and the other is a twin over a full. The kids can entertain themselves with their own television, VCR, and a play station with several games included. If you come out of the kid’s bedroom, there is another bedroom with a queen size bed, decorated in bright Floridian colors, with its own private television. The first bathroom is to the right.
Games Room
If you enjoy games, you will also like the ping pong table in the garage.
Pool Deck Area
The pool area itself will make you feel as though you are in your own private paradise. The beautiful pool is custom built unlike any other! Enjoy staying cool while tanning on the overside ledge or watch your little ones splash around in its shallow water! Relax while seated at the swim-up table or soak up the sun while floating in its 6' deep end. After swimming, enjoy a relaxing massage in the stand alone hot tub which features up to 32 pulsating jets. All of this is accompanied by wonderfully comfortable patio furniture.
