Situated on Sandy Ridge the villa is close to the Champions Gate and Reunion resorts where there are supermarkets and a selection of restaurants and takeaways. At Champions Gate there is access to I4 giving easy access to the theme parks, beaches, airports, Downtown Disney and the larger shopping areas.
Disney is approximately 15 minutes away.
Sea World, Universal and the other main attractions can be reached within 30 minutes. There are a number of golf courses close by and many more within a 20 mile radius.

The lving area is comfortably furnished with 3 sofas. There is a dining table. The living area includes a plasma screen, cable and a DVD with a selection of DVDs
